The East African Community bloc has grown from just 3 countries in 2005 to 9 in 2023. With a wide variety of languages spoken in these countries, the bloc is taking on Kiswahili (swahili) as common language for both local and business communication because a certain percentage of this 300+ million people isn't proficient with english as a language. We therefore undertake this project to promote blockchain literacy among these people regardless of background and tribe to promote inclusivity and present a chance for everyone to participate in the next generation of opportunities as ushered in by web 3.0 . On the other hand, research showed that 78.3% of all Ugandans speak/understand Luganda while 51.7% understand English, it thus implies that for mainstream adoption of Web 3.0 to occur, we have to make deliberate efforts to bring the technology to them in a language they fully understand and appreciate, its on such a background that we undertake this project to promote Web 3.0 & cardano by extension. Below is the structural plan into the motivations and approach we have taken.

She is a fluent Swahili speaker with a deep interest on translating Web 3.0 content to Swahili .her works are more evident with KamusiDAO a ,DAO dedicated to making web 3,0 content easy to learn and entertaining in Nairobi,Kenya . Ruth Nassejje

Ruth is a Web 3.0 Data Analyst& manager who previosly worked as an intern at Blockchain analytics firm Messari.io . She has a vast amount of experience in linguistics and has a keen eye for emerging technologies. She is a fluent Luganda & English speaker and she is fairly well off with swahili as another language.Her presence brings the highly needed mix of a technologist who fully understands the underpinnings of the Luganda language which will crucial in the translations of the many web 3.0 concepts to Luganda. Eng.David Lumala as popularly known is a Ugandan Blockchain software Architect and Engineer , Tech Event Speaker and organiser. He is equipped with over 4 years of active web 3.0 experience across a wide variety of chains and protocols . He is a DeFi guru and crypto luminary, an avid educator with a keen eye on the cardano Web 3.0 vision. He is active on many major Web 3.0 Social forums and previously a developer advocate who did great work in training and inspiring web 3.0 developers across several african Countries including Ghana, Kenya, South Africa, Ethiopia, Malawi, Zambia ,Tanzania and his native Uganda.
