• How you perceive the problem you are solving –> <u>DAO</u>: 1) **<u>D</u>**ecentralized 2) **<u>A</u>**utonomous 3) **<u>O</u>**rganization has no <u>TRUE</u> definition: &lt;3…Has anyone used community created DAO tools to make a DAO of One person on Cardano?

• Your reasons for approaching it in the way that you have –> Starting with the <u>1st</u> principle, <u>I</u> TAO/道 (daʊ) to justify a <u>TRUE</u> belief of the definition of D.A.O. I TAO, therefore I D.A.O…I only, truly know a D.A.O. of ONE.

• Who your project will engage, or who its stakeholders are –> My project will mainly engage my Self and the Catalyst community, but also the greater Cardano community, and every one that is interested in a Minimum Viable DAO made up of One individual person. How can you build a DAO if you aren't a DAO your Self? How can you &lt;3 an other if you don't first &lt;3 your Self?

• My project will also engage anyone interested in Cannabis and Psychedelic decriminalization and legalization around the World. “Perhaps the founder of the National Resources Defense Council, Gus Speth, said it best: 'I used to think the top environmental problems facing the world were global warming, environmental degradation and eco-system collapse, and that we scientists could fix those problems with enough science. • My stakeholders are anyone that votes for my proposals in Project Catalyst, delegates to me as a DRep, buys my CNFTs, or educates/provides me with Cardano community built DID/CNFT/DAO tooling.

• How your project will be implemented –> First, my project is implemented by submitting this proposal to Cardano's Catalyst DAO. I am actively opening the community to taboo, unwelcome dialogue about Cannabis/Psychedelics on Catalyst and Cardano, a positive effect in itself and sentiment is measurable by votes for this proposal.

• Second, I will continue to speak at my local City Council Meetings about Cannabis/Psychedelic decriminalization/legalization. I want to make CNFTs of the public comment videos, but hope to make CNFTs of a formal agendized discussion with City Council. These CNFTs would expound on my idea Decriminalize & Decentralize from F8: https://cardano.ideascale.com/c/idea/396926 and are very similar to the littlefish Foundation's Action NFT proposal in F9: https://cardano.ideascale.com/c/idea/414729

• Third, I will continue to make AI Art. Through my Art, I hope to build more relationships inside the Catalyst and Cardano community, build more relationships outside in my local City, proof of concept real world use cases for CNFT smart contract capabilities, showcase the possibilities of AI Art CNFTs as a Decentralization/Localization tool, and &lt;3 my Self. Money is only as good as the Art it produces.

• Fourth, I will participate in Catalyst DAO as much as possible in order to learn how I can creatively amalgamate DID/DAO/CNFT tools that have already been built by the community to build my DAO of One. This will look like a full time job in which I will dedicate myself to learning as much as possible about the tools I need to create a Minimum Viable DAO. I can also document and relay my findings to others that are non-technical like me.

• What will happen as a result of your work (i.e. your outcomes) –> Ideally, the outcome of my work is a Cannabis/Psychedelic Business Minimum Viable DAO that puts together a toolkit of new/already existing community tools that any individual can copy (open source DAO to open source Nature). I hope to push forward the idea of Cardano blockchain technology's use for Cannabis/Psychedelic seed to sale tracking, product grading/testing, accessibility through decentralized listing platforms, CNFT/AI Art for social networking, DID for a psychedelic license similar to a driver's license. I hope that all of this can push Cardano/Catalyst to see that there is no more important issue than to tackle Psychedelic Decriminalization/Legalization across World.

Please describe how your proposed solution will address the Challenge that you have submitted it in.

• DAO community collaboration –> If Project Catalyst is a DAO, working to amalgamate a DAO structure for One person should be a unique challenge that will be a litmus test for the general public's ability to understand the importance of DAOs. Because I have a real world use case with Cannabis/Psychedelics, all of the theories regarding DAO structure will have to be fully tested (and with a non-technical common man). My ability to document and share these interactions will help others to understand both problems and solutions, increasing the size of the community. • DAO creation –> I philosophically believe I am a DAO of One right now by submitting this proposal, but to create a better DAO, I must submit my business application to my local City which outlines the entire DAO structure with CNFT/DID.

• DAO operation –> Like I said before, I believe I am having an impact on operation of Project Catalyst as a DAO by opening up unwelcome/taboo dialogos. If the Catalyst/Cardano community chooses to help me, this will showcase how Cardano DAOs truly operate with a non-technical common man.

• DAO governance –> Votes on this proposal are the first impact on DAO governance. After that, those within the community can decide how to help me. I will gift or put CNFTs I have made for sale to those that have helped me, giving them voting power on my final written application to my City. I believe that if I can submit a business application that outlines all the DAO/DID/NFT uses for my Cannabis/Psychedelic business, I will govern the possibility of change in people's minds. "If he can do it, so can I."

What are the main risks that could prevent you from delivering the project successfully and please explain how you will mitigate each risk?

• Decentralized –> Legacy Government, especially my City's government is as centralized as it gets. I have not even been given the chance to have an agendized discussion. The chances that my business application is accepted are not the best, but I won't know until I try. At the least, providing a blueprint for this Cannabis/Psychedelic business can inspire others in their local settings.
• Autonomous –> Although I see huge advantages in autonomous smart contracts for seed to sale, point of sale, ordering wholesale product, license renewals, etc., most Cannabis companies use legacy systems that have a proven track record. If I stress the importance of the autonomous smart contracts because I am a small Business/DAO of One, my City literally has a poster on the wall that mentions keeping my City's small town feel. I believe big Cannabis business is in direct contrast to this philosophy.

• Organization –> This proposal might not organize enough votes. The City may organize by writing local laws that exclude me from my potential business. However, the local laws have only excluded Cannabis business in general as of now, not specific to me. Time is of the essence. I might not be able to organize my Cannabis/Psychedelics Minimum Viable DAO Business application in 3 months. The DAO community tools might not be ready for my particular real world application. This proposal aims to find out through experience, but I have seen tools built and utilized already in Cardano. The Cardano DAO space has had over a year to mature. Maybe some developers will be motivated/be able to envision creation of new, bespoke tools to organize around my real world use case.

4. Who the stakeholders are –> People that bought or were gifted CNFTs from me.

What will be produced or created at each stage –> My own CNFTs are gifted or sold, my public comments in City Council Meetings, community recorded Zoom sessions, Discord chats, Town Hall, After Town Hall, my production of CNFTs, my DID, implementation of DAO smart contracts for proof of concept, and general engagement with the Cardano/Catalyst community.
6. State the key milestones that you will achieve –> DAO Creation: Sell or donate a founding CNFT, or a collection of founding CNFTs to members of the community that have helped me with my DAO.

Month 3

1. What will happen at each stage –> Operation
2. Who will do it –> I will do it with my local City and the Cardano/Catalyst community.
3. What resources will be needed –> Community Collaboration using tools/knowledge to finalize through governance with CNFTs how my DAO of One will operate in plain English on a Business application. This is probably the most time consuming aspect, as I will have to be the medium that translates between my local City and the Cardano/Catalyst community to get the message across. A group of tools should be selected at this stage, even if other new, promising tools are in the works.
4. Who the stakeholders are –> People that provided me a DAO/DID/CNFT tool that made it to my final business application to my City.
5. What will be produced or created at each stage –> My Cannabis/Psychedelics Minimum Viable DAO Business license to my City is finalized and polished with community approval through voting rights as owners of my CNFTs.
6. State the key milestones that you will achieve –> DAO Operation: submit my Cannabis/Psychedelic DAO business application to my City.

DAO Governance

1. Catalyst DAO –> Return to Catalyst F10 with a proposal to remedy what can be improved in a DAO of One. Share my findings/learning experience directly on Ideascale (no Discord, Dework, Miro, etc.)
2. Cardano Community DAOs –> Return to Catalyst F10 with proposals to remedy issues experienced trying to build a DAO of One with a non-technical common man.
3. My DAO of One –> Return to my City Council Meetings as a Business applicant, obligating City Council to agendize a discussion with me. Now is a rare opportunity, for Cannabis business is legal in my state but not in my City. It must be discussed at some point. The Mayor previously told me that no one has submitted a Cannabis business application as far as he knew.

• Decentralized –> I hope that I inspire others to discuss Cannabis/Psychedelics and experience decentralization/localization for themselves. I hope more unique ideas result from my unique idea. I hope my unique idea is rewarded with funding.

• Autonomous –> I hope that people see the importance of bodily autonomy. In a Cardano/Catalyst sense, I hope that people do what they feel without worry about judgment in supporting or not supporting me. I hope I can flow with whatever result my actions provide. I hope I can provide an enjoyable process to those willing to help a non-technical common man build a DAO of One.
• Organization –> I hope that I submit my Cannabis/Psychedelics Minimum Viable DAO Business license to my City and I hope it is approved. I hope that I can provide a valuable service and product to my City, work towards World Peace, and provide Catalyst/Cardano with valuable knowledge by learning together.
