build a simple feature set using NFTPass' mobile app to enable polling and voting with easy to distribute and secure verification mechanisms to ensure SPOs can poll and get community feedback from delegates.

A good example of where this would be useful is the recent SPO on-chain poll by the foundation.

[IMPACT] How does your proposed solution address the challenge and what benefits will this bring to the Cardano ecosystem?

it will give SPOs a way to get feedback and input from their delegates and community members to help drive decision making processes and facilitate communication

This will provide staking communities with a way to interact with SPOs without requiring them to constantly check up on discord, telegram, twitter or other places where reach is out of the SPOs and delegates control.

Having a simple way to communicate directly with their communities, SPOs will have a means to make decisions based on feedback from their community, creating a tighter knit community around the pool's operation and decision making

[IMPACT] How do you intend to measure the success of your project?

adoption of polling mechanism by SPOs used for any reason to get feedback or information from delegates.

we will measure the use of this system by SPOs and request feedback on the usage of the process to improve it for the community.

We will also track the number of people interacting with polls and see how we can help improve the number of responses by delegates, to get a more quantitative and qualitative data set for SPOs and their communities which will aid in decision making in the future

We will share case studies of use by different SPOs and communities within Cardano

We will share the outputs and results of the project with reports and videos provided of works completed

We will be running our own internal tests before feature launch and then some real world community tests once it is ready to integrate.

With the SPOs permission, we will share the process, results, and effectiveness for them in acquiring feedback from community members

[CAPABILITY/ FEASIBILITY] What is your capability to deliver your project with high levels of trust and accountability?

Our team has already built the Alpha version of the NftPass app, from blockchain integration to ui development, we have experience in mobile development, blockchain tools and backend development.

We already have confirmed tests happening at this year's RareEvo, with aims to expand into other Cardano events this year.

As part of this release schedule we will be integrating tests for this stake pool community polling specifically, along with other features as they are developed.

We are also part of the SPO community with great connections to the different alliances where we are able to run tests and see the effectiveness of this voting and polling mechanism as we develop and iterate on it

The main goal is to provide SPOs with an easy-to-use tool to poll their communities and acquire a high level of quality data from verified delegates.

We will validate this approach with continued testing and small-scale deployment as the project develops to measure its effectiveness in delegate verification and poll responses.

Our product will help remedy the lack of ease of access to polling mechanisms which are easy to use for both the SPO and the community member, but most importantly easily verifiable to ensure participation is only for the desired audience.

We will release a provably verifiable mechanism for polling and voting of community members and delegates for SPOs to use.
