The Cost to exhibit at Multi chain events is quite considerable and we are looking to provide a solution for the Cardano ecosystem to get a proper presence at some key crypto events around the world.

In September 2023 we had a booth at Crypto Expo Dubai and organised Spekaer slots on main stage for Cardano foundation/NMKR & Zengate as well as had a booth for Projects to have a presence through the Explorer app we created on some tablets. We also promoted the Cardano summit in Dubai and all the satellite events. We used Dynamic QR codes to track the number of scans as well as Used Hoskytokens POO mechanism to track Wallet dowmloads and claims whilst on the stand.

We will be building on this at future events and refining our approach, but we had over 500 QR code scans and 139 Hoskytoken claims from the event in September.

Please define the positive impact your project will have on the wider Cardano community.

The Am is that by having the booth and refining the activities of Septembers event, we will provide a positive impact on onboarding people to Cardano by showing them the depth of the Cardano Ecosystem.

What is your capability to deliver your project with high levels of trust and accountability? How do you intend to validate if your approach is feasible?

Who is in the project team and what are their roles?

Myself for now. The last event I had Patrick Tobler/Dan Friedman/Pritesh Gosai and Jeremy Firster join me to help on the stand and a few community members who came to the event as they knew we were exhbiting there. At this stage, I do not now who would be supporting me on the stand.

Space Cost - $35,000

Stand Build - $10,000

Printing/ Merchandise - $2,500

All travel/accomodation/organising/ancillary and F&D costs are not being included in this proposal.

How does the cost of the project represent value for money for the Cardano ecosystem?

To get exposure at such an event, each project would need to spend approx. $10,000 for their own 10ftx10ft booth with travel/accomodation included.

Having an ecosystem booth provides a much more cost efficient way to gain exposure and the message about Cardano being a vibrant ecosystem is much stronger if it is a Large stand with plenty of projects included.
