Detailed Plan

Hello there :)

The Eastern Town Hall established its format over the last 4 month and explored an open and inclusive multilingual Event where we have communities from Australia, Indonesia, Japan, New Zealand and Vietnam joining on a regular basis to meet and to connect with each other.

The Eastern Town Hall format evolved into a multi cultural event and allows us to identify local problems and solutions. These insights and experiences add a profound value and understanding to our global community.

By encouraging and empowering community members we grew our Team and established a multilingual and multicultural mixed skill team, able to build bridges and presence across various communities.

By our constant engagement and effort, we arrived to onboard Asian Community members into project Catalyst as Proposer, Proposal Mento and Community Advisors.

Overall, it seems that we are on a good track and we definitely want to continue and improve our services. Said that, we also have to consider that a Team of 10 people constantly engage in the maintenance and improvement of the Eastern Town Hall.

Therefore we submit this proposal, to ask the community to fund our continuation and to allow us to level up our format.

Monthly Reports

The Eastern Townhall is still held bi-weekly meeting and attract the audiences from Japan, Indonesian, East-Africa, New Zealand and Vietnam. The number of people join the meeting as well as the number of CA and proposals submitted for fund8 is increasing sharply almost by double this fund. The community also help us to do translation for the challenge setting to local languages. We will continue our work and improve the activities to the next level soon.
