[SOLUTION] Please describe your proposed solution.

This is an expansion of the Community Translators Rewards proposal that was funded in Fund 7 and completed.

I. Reasons for us to implement the proposal

1. We are the largest group providing information about the Cardano project in Vietnam. We have: A Telegram group with more than 2700 quality members, a YouTube channel with nearly 20 thousand subscribers. Information synthesis website Cardano.vn. In addition, we also organize classes about blockchain.
2. We have produced videos from IOG, Cardano Foundation, Charles Hoskinson… with Vietnamese subtitles that are well received and appreciated by the Vietnamese community. To increase the appeal and convenience for the community, we have developed videos with Vietnamese captions. The explanatory videos have really attracted great interest and interaction from the community. That is what motivated us to make this proposal.
3. Our phase 1 translation videos are well received and appreciated by the community (Video Hokinson, Cardano360, Plutus, Marlowe ……). We are well aware of the importance of videos translated directly from the original video to the Cardano Vietnam community and the expansion of the Cardano platform in general. Therefore, entering phase 2, we will improve the video by having attractive voice-over narration to attract viewers.
4. The scale of the Cardano community in Vietnam is growing strongly, the need for new users to learn about Cardano is growing, requiring documents and news about the Cardano Blockchain platform to be updated in a timely and easy-to-understand manner attracts many people.
5. The development roadmap of the Cardano platform needs to be presented accurately and more accessible to the community to build their trust.
6. Documents and videos of the Cardano Blockchain platform from IOG, Charles Hoskinson, Cardano Foundation have many new and confusing specialized terms that make it difficult to access and understand the essence, even for translators with English proficiency high-class. Therefore, there is a need for more quality translators along with a reward to recognize them to motivate and encourage the spirit of that contribution.
7. The number of documents and news from IOG, Charles Hoskinson, Cardano Foundation is updated continuously and regularly, so the number of translators cannot keep up with the needs of the community. It is necessary to increase the number of translators combined with contributions from the community with worthy incentives.

II. Calculate impact

1. For Cardano Vietnam community members: both contribute to community development and update documents and news about the Cardano platform accurately and promptly with translation products. For the current Cardano Vietnam Community, translating videos of the Cardano ecosystem helps expand communication reach and increase understanding of Cardano for free; Stay updated on the development progress of the Cardano Blockchain platform to have proper awareness and trust in the Cardano ecosystem. In particular, members participating in translation have the necessary income, which will help them stick with the Cardano ecosystem for a long time and they are the driving force to attract and expand the Cardano Vietnam community.
2. For those unfamiliar with the Cardano ecosystem: Having translated documents from the Cardano Foundation, IOG, Charles Hoskinson into Vietnamese is a key factor in attracting and cultivating a diverse development community, create a supportive environment for newcomers who want to participate and learn about Blockchain technology in general and the Cardano ecosystem in particular; have the opportunity to easily access and learn about the Cardano ecosystem in the local language and perhaps also make efforts to contribute to the development of the Cardano community in Vietnam.
3. Important effects of videos narrated in Vietnamese: help build and develop the Vietnamese Cardano community on par with the global Cardano community. The Cardano platform aims to create a decentralized development ecosystem in which developers from all over the world can jointly contribute to the construction and development of the project. Explanatory videos in Vietnamese are a bridge to help transfer knowledge and skills between different national development teams, creating a multi-cultural and multi-racial collaborative environment.

III. Unique features of the solution

1. The solution to narrate videos about Cardano in Vietnamese is the first and only solution in Vietnam for the Vietnamese Cardano community.
2. All videos about Cardano will be narrated in Vietnamese by a close, friendly, and inspiring voice.
3. Helps many communities in need of accessing knowledge about Cardano blockchain even when they take the bus, wait for a plane, jog, cook… Saves time and helps expand more users.

Basic terms and concepts about Blockchain and the Cardano ecosystem will be explained accurately, simply, and easily understood.

We use AI voice to minimize (save 12.000 ADA) budget costs.

IV. Implementation process

1. The project manager selects videos (or community members suggest videos) from the YouTube channel of IOG, Charles Hoskinson, Cardano Foundation and updated partner channels to the translation suggestion list.
2. Translation team members register to translate. After confirmation, the translation member is responsible for completing the Vietnamese translation on time to receive the reward (if not completed on schedule, it will be transferred to another member of the community).
3. The Vietnamese translation will be reviewed by a senior consultant. Once completed, the translation will use AI (vbee.vn) to read the translation into a Vietnamese Audio file.
4. Next, the video editor will complete the original video with Vietnamese voiceover.
5. Our products and outputs are videos from the youtube channels of IOG, Cardno Foundation, Charles Hoskinson… narrated in Vietnamese and updated on the [youtube channel](<https://www.youtube.com/@taichinh-taman5516 /playlists>).
6. At the latest, after 48 hours of videos published by YouTube channels, we will have a Vietnamese voice-over video product on the YouTube channel to accurately and quickly update content from the Cardano ecosystem for the Vietnamese community.
7. We will update work progress on the online work update board.
8. We will measure the product's effectiveness through current community views and interactions for each video we complete.
9. With the potential of the Cardao ecosystem and the strong development of the Vietnamese community, our output will be a valuable long-term resource.

I. Impact on the Cardano community

1. For the Cardano ecosystem: promote Cardano Blockchain technology more widely to the strongly growing Vietnamese community; Attracting newcomers to learn about the Cardano ecosystem easily in their native language thereby attracting potential developers to join the ecosystem. This is evidenced in our translation videos phase 1, the number of interactions continues to increase every day.
2. For the Challenge: Raise awareness of Vietnamese people about Blockchain and Cardano; Generate good community feedback on Cardano Blockchain; easy for beginners to learn and use, activating the ability to recognize and contribute to the Cardano community, giving opportunities for the community to develop so that the Cardano ecosystem becomes increasingly strong and sustainable.
3. Video narration in Vietnamese from the Cardano ecosystem plays an important role in developing the current and future community. This is evidenced by the increase in the number of new members connecting to our Cardano Telegram group every month. In addition, voice-over videos in Vietnamese will help expand the diverse and multicultural development community, facilitating collaboration and knowledge sharing globally. This makes an important contribution to promoting the development and application of Cardano in the future.

II. Measuring impact

1. Number of minutes of videos translated and explained about the Cardano ecosystem in Vietnamese publicly available on Youtube channel
2. The Cardano Vietnam community has ONE CHANNEL of complete, accurate, reliable, fast and timely information about the development of the Cardano ecosystem.
3. The expansion of the Cardano community is measured through the number of Youtube channel subscriptions and Telegram group participation.
4. Number of views of video narration in Vietnamese.

III. Share output plans

Our comprehensive plan is to share the output and results of the proposal widely for FREE and ensure lasting impact on our Youtube channel (and other social platforms like Telgream, Facebook…):

1. Number of videos translated from the original:

• uccessfully translated all new videos released by IOG, Cardano Foundation and Charles Hoskinson.
• Ensure that all important content and updates of the Cardano ecosystem are fully and accurately translated.

2. Total number of minutes of video translated:

• Achieve at least 500 minutes of video translation per month.
• Provide a large amount of Vietnamese content about Cardano to the user community.

3. Number of video views:

• Achieve 500 average views per video in 3 months.
• These KPIs (performance indicators) are increasing over time and are expected to continue to increase in the future.
• Evaluate viewer interest and interaction with translated content.

4. Increase the number of new monthly YouTube channel members:

• Attract 50 new monthly subscriptions on YouTube channel.
• Increase the spread and strengthen the user community on the YouTube platform.

5. Increase monthly new members in the Cardano Telegram group:

• 50 new members joined the Telegram group in 3 months.
• Build a vibrant community on Telegram, facilitating information exchange, discussion and connection between Cardano users.

The above indicators are used to ensure widespread popularity and long-term impact of the Cardano video narration project in Vietnamese in the community.

[CAPABILITY & FEASIBILITY] What is your capability to deliver your project with high levels of trust and accountability? How do you intend to validate if your approach is feasible?

1. We are the largest group providing information about the Cardano project in Vietnam. We have: A Telegram group with more than 2700 quality members, YouTube channel, Information synthesis website Cardano.vn, In addition, we also have classes about blockchain. These are good foundations and ideal conditions for our products to disseminate knowledge to the community as quickly as possible.
2. We have successfully completed this proposal when funded by Catalyst in fund 7, fund 9, and Fund 10. Therefore, that is the basis for us to continue to propose Video Cardano narrated in Vietnamese for Vietnamese people.
3. The Cardano ecosystem is still in the development and completion stage, Videos from IOG, Cardano Foundation, Charles Hoskinson… published regularly. Although Fund 9 paused for 1 year, the translation team from Fund 7 is still growing, members of the Cardano Vietnam community continue to participate in free translation videos (186 free translation videos) to update news as well as the development roadmap of the Cardano ecosystem and translation videos are still well received by the community, which is a testament to the Cardano community's responsibility and attachment to the ecosystem. In particular, in November 2023, at the Cardano Summit 2023 event taking place in Dubai, the group produced nearly 50 demonstration videos in Vietnamese within 1 month for free for the Vietnamese community.
4. The team implementing the proposal are people with experience in financial management for large corporations. Influencer Coach, Plutus Pioneer, Blockchain research since 2017, programmer, Translator, Community manager and development, translation experience, video production worked, cooperated with each other and demonstrated have the capacity to implement and complete before the deadline the proposal "Reward for translators in the community" funded from fund 7, fund 9 and is implementing the proposal in fund 10 as committed..
5. Many members of the translation team are also managers for projects funded with funds 7, 8, 9 and 10, which is a very good condition for us to easily complete the work as committed.
6. However, during the process of implementing the proposal, we also identified 3 risks:

• Risk 1: some new technical terms are not properly understood. Our solution is: discussion within the translation team and consultation with Blockchain experts to properly understand and provide accurate information to the community.

• Risk 2: the number of videos from IOG, Cardano Founditon, Charles Hoskinson that are constantly updated, the community does not have enough time to access. Solution: we work full-time, continuously update and select the most important and core videos to translate; In addition, we will summarize the content of the remaining videos to help the community quickly access the main content of the short news section about Cardano.

• Risk 3: when ADA prices decrease, it discourages translators; However, most translators do not do it just for economic purposes, they also need information and need the respect of the community. In case the ADA price drops too low, we always receive support from 3 - 5 (Nguyen Van Tu, Do Viet Cuong, Ta Hai Hung, Hoang Linh…) translators in Fimi's translation team who are ready to translate for free. fee. The proof is that we continue to translate even after the proposal funded by fund 7 has ended.

1.Do Manh Hung

• Duties: Project management. Build a video translation process. budget management and allocation. Review translations.

2.Do Viet Cuong

• Capacity: Master - High school teacher. Researching Blockchain since 2017. Have CBCA certificate (Certificate ID: 6491554124aef68319023c7e). Community Developer, Cardano Vietnam Community Manager. Content creator and video producer. Co-manage projects funded in fund 7, fund 9, and fund 10.
• Duties: Project co-management. Choose the original videos that need to be translated, have the person translate directly, and at the same time control the work progress, read the translator, publish Vietnamese voice-over videos, manage the Youtube channel, and report the progress of the results.

3.FIMI translator group

• Including nearly 11 translators with a deep understanding of the Cardano Blockchain and extensive experience in translating Blockchain documents, they excellently passed the test - scoring 160/200 points. Their completed videos are being highly appreciated by the Cardano Vietnam community. Many of them have taken or are still taking the Plutus Pioneer course organized by IOG.

• Duties: Will propose translated videos and register for translation, or assigned by the Project manager.

Total: 14 ADA/minute of voice-over video in Vietnamese.

[VALUE FOR MONEY] How does the cost of the project represent value for money for the Cardano ecosystem?

With the above cost for 1 minute of Vietnamese voice-over video completed in Vietnam at the current time of 7$ (equivalent to the current price of ADA of 25 ADA), our proposal requires a budget of 14 ADA. /min is modest.

We allocate the budget and funding requirements as above based on the budget allocation table that the community highly appreciates in the proposal "Rewards for translators in the community" funded in fund 7. Phase 1 , the proposal only stops creating Vietnamese subtitles, video viewers must read the subtitles, phase 2 of the proposal, we improve by providing video narration, viewers only need to listen, creating a feeling of closeness and ease. accessible and visually impaired people can also access news and knowledge about the Cardano Blockchain.

In particular, we carry out much of the work done in the project without charge, with contributions from the community to reduce project costs.

The proposed cost will be a worthy reward for community members who make positive contributions to the development of the Cardano Vietnam community, while also encouraging the attraction of new people to join the Cardano ecosystem.
