[FIMI] Cardano Talk for Vietnamese (phase 2)

[SOLUTION] Please describe your proposed solution.

Reasons for approaching the problem:

We were very successful in implementing the CardanoTalk for Vietnam proposal in fund 10, which is why we continue to propose phase 2 of CardanoTalk.
The scale of the Blockchain community in general and Cardano in particular in Vietnam is growing rapidly, requiring documents and news about Cardano to be presented in a more timely and understandable manner.
Technical information needs to be presented more interestingly and with direct interaction.
Translating documents is also difficult because technical documents about Cardano and blockchain contain many technical words that are difficult for newcomers to understand. Even translators with a high level of English have difficulty achieving fluency, comprehensibility, and intimacy in their translations.
The number of documents and news has increased dramatically (due to news related to government policies, Beartrap market, Bulltrap market, market collapse…), so the small number of full-time translators is not enough meet the need.
Even though all the material has been translated and presented in text form, there are still a large number of members of the community who would prefer to hear a verbal presentation with visual stimulation and be able to ask questions questions and their answers.

2. Target audience

CardanoTalk for Vietnamese will appeal to both those new to Cardano and those with deep knowledge of the platform. Community members will share articles, videos, documents and answer questions related to Cardano. Live discussions and chats will also be held to create interaction and interesting knowledge exchange.
By building CardanoTalk for Vietnamese, we will create a strong network of resources, promoting the growth and sustainable development of the Cardano community among Vietnamese people. This will help increase awareness of Cardano, attract investment and develop Cardano applications in different fields, and create a passionate and supportive community for those interested in Cardano in Vietnam.

3. Solutions

CardanoTalk for Vietnamese is an information and discussion "exchange platform" about Cardano, organized and operated by the Vietnamese community. This is a multimedia community platform where people can share, discuss and learn about Cardano in Vietnamese.
This solution is especially important because it creates a space for Vietnamese people to access information about Cardano and participate in the community. This is notable because information about Cardano is currently being disseminated globally, but there are few in-depth Vietnamese resources and forums.
Build a reward mechanism to encourage elite members of the community to learn deeply about Cardano and then introduce it to the community so that busy people and newcomers can grasp new information about Cardano more easily.
Talkshow will be held every evening via Meet Zoom, lasting 90 minutes. All meetings will be recorded and uploaded to the FIMI youtube channel.
We currently have 4 core groups and will develop a few more.

+ Every week, any community member will propose a list of priority topics they are interested in and want to know about.

+ Each core group will take on a topic on the list. Then, they will work together to learn information and analyze those topics.

+ The core group with the best preparation and the most information will be selected to present to the community via Zoom meeting.

+ There is a basic reward for a Good presentation and an additional reward for an Excellent presentation.

Topics to present, here are some examples:

+ Technical documents (Hydra, sharding, smart contracts, UTXO…)

+ Cardano updates (Cardano 360, Hoskinson's live streaming video…)

+ Market news…

4. Uniqueness of the solution

CardanoTalk Vietnamese will be one of the first and only channels specializing in Cardano in Vietnamese, creating uniqueness and attracting special attention from the Vietnamese community.
The Vietnamese community will have the opportunity to interact and discuss later about Cardano.
Knowledgeable members earn income from sharing about Cardano.
CardanoTalk in Vietnamese will bring accurate information, in-depth analysis and vibrant, quality exchanges of opinions about Cardano, contributing to the creation of a strong and active Vietnamese Cardano community.

5. Why is it important to Cardnao?

CardanoTalk for Vietnamese solution solves the challenge of lacking a community specializing in Cardano in Vietnamese. It provides a powerful media and communication channel for Vietnamese people to grasp information, discuss and share knowledge about Cardano.
This project will bring many benefits to the Cardano ecosystem. Firstly, it will attract and connect potential users from the Vietnamese community, increasing awareness and interest in Cardano. Second, CardanoTalk for Vietnamese creates a community of passion and deep knowledge about Cardano to help them clearly see the VALUE of an asset they are investing in, and have a stronger belief in the future of Cardano. Conditions for application development and ecosystem based on Cardano in Vietnam.
The impact of the project will be quantified by increasing the number of participants and interactions in the community. When there is a vibrant and rich community, there will be knowledge exchange, deep discussion and mutual support, thereby promoting the development and expansion of the Cardano ecosystem in Vietnam.
Within a reasonable time frame, we hope the CardanoTalk for Vietnamese project will attract hundreds of community members and generate thousands of articles, videos, and documents related to Cardano. This active participation and interaction will create great value for the Cardano ecosystem, promoting development and making Cardano a leading blockchain platform in the hearts of Vietnamese people.

[IMPACT] Please define the positive impact your project will have on the wider Cardano community.

To measure the success of the CardanoTalk for Vietnamese project, we can use metrics and feedback from the community to evaluate the benefits to the Cardano ecosystem as follows:

1. Number of Zoom meeting attendees per session. This metric means whether the talks are appealing to a wide range of people. We will record the total number of people who attended the talk and compare it with previous talks.

2. Number of topics presented and discussed. This metric means the amount of work we have completed.

3. Number of questions during the meeting. This metric allows us to measure community response to topics.

4. Number of views of the video of the talk uploaded to Youtube. This metric means whether the topics we've covered in previous talks are attracting the rest of the community. We will consider choosing topics with high views to prioritize for future talks.

All the above metrics will be uploaded on the sponsored report file.

Our plan to share the output and results of the CardanoTalk for Vietnamese project is through different media and communication channels. Below are the main activities:

1. Online forum: We will create an online forum for CardanoTalk for Vietnamese, where people can share articles, videos, and documents related to Cardano. This will facilitate users to access and refer to information, and create opportunities to share project results and outputs.

2. Online events and discussions: We will organize online events, such as discussions and workshops, to discuss and share project results with the community. This helps us interact directly with users and gather feedback from the community.

3. Articles and documents: We will write articles and documents related to CardanoTalk for Vietnamese and publish them on social media platforms, blogs and websites related to Cardano. This helps spread the information and results of the project to a large number of potential and interested users.

4. Interaction and sharing in the community: We will encourage users to share information and results from CardanoTalk for Vietnamese in the global Cardano community. This opens up opportunities to interact and interact with the international community and convey the value of our project.

Besides sharing outputs, we will use the results obtained from the CardanoTalk for Vietnamese project to contribute to further research and development activities. 4. Evaluate user opinions: Organize surveys or collect feedback from users about the experience and benefits of CardanoTalk for Vietnamese. User comments can provide valuable information about how the project affects them and help improve the service.

5. Community Activation: Measure the development and growth of the Cardano community in Vietnam. An increase in the number of Cardano-related projects and activities in the community will show the positive impact of CardanoTalk for Vietnamese.

6. Increase awareness and development: Measure awareness of Cardano and Cardano application development in Vietnam. This enhancement and development will demonstrate the project's value to the Cardano ecosystem.

In summary, measuring the success of CardanoTalk for Vietnamese will be based on increased membership, active activities and interactions, quality of content, user opinions, growth of the Cardano community in Vietnam Nam and the perceived and growing impact of Cardano in this region.

The main goals of the CardanoTalk for Vietnamese project include:

1. Successfully organized 12 online sharing sessions within 6 months with specific content and topics for each session.

2. Produce 12 videos of 12 online sharing sessions on social platforms: Youtube, Telegram, Facebook…)

3. Build an in-depth community about Cardano in Vietnamese: The goal is to create a vibrant forum so Vietnamese people can learn, discuss and share knowledge about Cardano. We will measure this goal by increasing the average number of monthly members to 50, discussion activity and content quality on CardanoTalk for Vietnamese.

4. Increase awareness and interest in Cardano in Vietnam: The goal is to increase awareness of Cardano and create interest and exposure for the platform among the Vietnamese community. We will validate this goal by measuring user growth, engagement and information sharing within the community.

5. Support Cardano application development in Vietnam: The goal is to facilitate the sustainable development of Cardano applications in various fields in Vietnam. We will measure this goal by tracking and recording increases in recommendations, engagement, and positive feedback from users.

To validate the project goals, we will use quantitative and qualitative methods such as counting members, evaluating engagement and content quality, and gathering feedback from users. use, and monitor the growth of the Cardano community in Vietnam. We will also seek to measure the project's impact on increasing awareness, application growth and the Cardano ecosystem in this region.

The CardanoTalk for Vietnamese project will implement a strict content moderation process, build a positive interactive environment and create in-depth communication and support activities about Cardano. We will continuously improve the project based on user feedback and opinions, and build a trusted and growing Cardano community.

We are capable of providing the CardanoTalk for Vietnamese project with a high level of reliability and responsibility based on the following factors:

1. We are the largest group providing information about the Cardano project in Vietnam. We have:

A Telegram group with more than 2700 quality members,
YouTube channel,
Information synthesis website Cardano.vn.
In addition, we also have classes about blockchain.

2. Experience and expertise: We have been successfully organizing CardanoTalk sessions for Vietnamese people funded by fund 10. We have experience and deep understanding of Cardano and blockchain. Our team includes experts in the field, ensuring the ability to provide accurate, reliable and high-quality information and content about Cardano. We have conducted many free sharing sessions for the Cardano Vietnam community.

3. Community building: We have experience in building and managing online communities. We understand how to create an environment of support, respect, and positive interaction within the CardanoTalk for Vietnamese community.

4. Review and management process: We have experience in building project management processes, this is proven by our proposal being funded in fund 7, fund 9 and fund 10. We will apply uses strict content management and moderation processes to ensure the accuracy and reliability of information shared on CardanoTalk for Vietnamese. All content will be carefully reviewed before being approved and published.

5. Ensuring security and privacy: We are committed to protecting the personal information and privacy of users on CardanoTalk for Vietnamese. We will apply security measures and comply with relevant regulations to ensure the safety and security of users.

6. Feedback and improvements: We will listen to feedback and suggestions from users and the community to continuously improve CardanoTalk for Vietnamese. We will take measures to fix the problem quickly and optimize the user experience.

7. Transparency and funding: We have experience in financial management for large corporations, will provide information about funding sources and manage the amount provided in a transparent and accurate manner. Is the person who directly translated many videos of Charles Hoskinson, IOG and documents related to the Haskell, Plutus, Marlowe programming languages.

Capacity: Master - High school teacher. Researching Blockchain since 2017. Have CBCA certificate (Certificate ID: 6491554124aef68319023c7e). Community development, Cardano Vietnam community management. Content creator and video producer. Co-management is funded in Fund 7, fund 9, and fund 10.
Duties: Project co-management. Marketing sharing sessions, organizing and supporting video production of sharing sessions. Report project progress.

3. Coreteam group

Capacity: These are active members of the Cardano Vietnam community focusing on research on Blockchain technology and its application. Each group has about 10 to 20 members, many of whom have been managing proposed projects funded from fund 6 up to now.
Duties: Co-Speaker, answering questions from the community.

Our project includes main tasks and specific budget allocation as follows:

3. Organizers, supporters, hosts: 300 ADA

Organize 12 CardanoTalk sessions * 2800 ADA/session = 33600 ADA

To provide costs for each task and job, we rely on the costs of organizing an online sharing session with similar sharing sessions at the present time in Vietnam. Therefore, we evaluate the above budget requirement to ensure and promote the value of money for the Cardano ecosystem.

In order for the cost of the CardanoTalk project for Vietnamese people to be reasonable and suitable for the Cardano ecosystem, we apply the following factors:

Cost assessment and analysis: We will conduct a detailed assessment of the cost elements involved in the project, including CardanoTalk platform development, marketing and promotion, management and support user support. From there, we will analyze and estimate the necessary costs based on the resources, time and work required.
