We build a simple and friendly website interface with 3 big sections: Understanding Cardano - Smart Contract - News & Community. The website is designed with an intuitive interface, easy to use and compatible on many different devices to ensure everyone can easily access and learn about Cardano.

I. Reason for proposal

1. The main websites of the Cardano ecosystem do not yet have Vietnamese language. Therefore, we find that creating a Cardano website in Vietnamese is very necessary and a key issue to educate, provide accurate knowledge, and is the basis for expanding and developing the Cardano ecosystem for users Cardano community in Vietnam.
2. The scale of the Cardano community in Vietnam is growing strongly, the demand for information and knowledge of the Cardano Blockchain platform is very large. Therefore, news and knowledge about Cardano need to be updated in a timely and highly reliable manner for the community and is also a place to search for in-depth understanding of the Cardano Blockchain.
3. The amount of documents and news from the Cardano ecosystem is continuously updated. In Vietnam, there is not a channel specializing in updating official information and knowledge about the Cardano ecosystem, making it difficult or time-consuming. Looking for the community, keeping them staying and sticking with Cardano is still limited.
4. The Cardano Blockchain platform is built to standards and has been academically proven. The construction of cardano.vn is a very useful place to store platform knowledge in Vietnamese.
5. Translators need partial financial support to encourage and recognize their dedication to translation to serve the community.

II. Targeted object

1. For the current Cardano Vietnam community: there is a reliable address to update knowledge and news about the Cardano ecosystem quickly, promptly, accurately and easily, helping the Cardano Vietnam community develop Strong and quality.
2. For Vietnamese developers, cardano.vn is a reliable address to learn knowledge of Haskell, Plutus, Marlow programming languages and can become a part of contributing to the development of the Cardano platform by dApps products…

IV. Project goals

The main goal of the proposal: build the Vietnamese version of Cardano website. Publishing documents and videos in Vietnamese from IOG, Cardano Foundation, Charles Hoskinson on cardano.vn… updating knowledge and news about the Cardano ecosystem to help the Vietnamese Cardano community access promptly and easily and create income for community members through their own contributions. We will regularly update documents and videos from the 3 founding organizations of Cardano and publish the Vietnamese version no later than 24 hours after the original documents are made public. [CAPABILITY & FEASIBILITY] What is your capability to deliver your project with high levels of trust and accountability? How do you intend to validate if your approach is feasible?

1. We are the largest group providing information about the Cardano project in Vietnam. We have A Telegram group with more than 2700 quality members, YouTube channel, Information synthesis website Cardano.vn. In addition, we also have classes about blockchain.
2. We have experience participating in Catalyst and have been funded in fund 7. fund 9 and fund 10. Therefore, that is the basis for us to continue to have further proposals to contribute to the development of the Cardano ecosystem in Vietnam.
3. We have experience in community development in Vietnam, especially about the Cardano Blockchain. This is shown from 2019 to this moment, we have built the largest and highest quality Cardano Vietnam community with nearly 3,000 regularly interacting members.
4. Currently, we have a product available and have carried out the work given in this proposal. Free daily suggestions are available at https://cardano.vn/ to update news as well as the development roadmap of the ecosystem. Cardano ecosystem and translation products are still well received by the community, which is a testament to our enthusiasm and dedication to the ecosystem.
5. The team implementing the proposal are people with experience in financial management for large corporations. 3.FIMI translator group
