This is the next expansion of the reward proposal for the translator in the community that has been funded in Fund 7 and has been completed.

I. Reasons for proposal

1. We have produced videos from IOG, Cardano Foundation, and Charles Hoskinson.
2. Our first phase translation videos have brought specific values to the community (Video Hoskinson, Cardano360, Plutus, Marlowe …) We are aware of the importance of video translation videos, following the original video for the Vietnamese Cardano community and the expansion of the Cardano platform development in genera
3. Cardano community scale in Vietnam has developed strongly, and the need for new users to learn about large Cardano, requires documents and news about the Cardano blockchain platform should be updated promptly, easy to understand
4. The development roadmap of the Cardano platform needs to be presented accurately, and more accessible to the community to create trust for the

For the Cardano ecosystem: more widely promoting Cardano blockchain technology to the Vietnamese community is developing strongly; Attracting new people to learn about the Cardano ecosystem quickly in the indigenous language, thereby attracting potential developers to participate in the ecosystem

2. The Cardano Vietnam community has a complete, accurate, reliable, fast, and timely information channel about the development of the Cardano ecosystem.
3. The expansion of the Cardano community is measured through the number of YouTube channel subscribers: 50 people, joining the Telegram group: 50 people.
4. Video views 500 times for 6 months.

[IMPACT] Please describe your plans to share the outputs and results of your project?

Our comprehensive plan is to share free output and the results of the proposal widely and ensure long-term impact on YouTube channels (and other social platforms such as Telegram, Facebook …):

1. The number of videos translated from the original:

• Successfully translated all new videos released by IOG, Cardano Foundation, and Charles Hoskinson
• Ensure that all important and updated content of the Cardano ecosystem is fully and accurate.

2. Total number of translated video minutes:

• Average 500 minutes of translation video per month.
• Provide a large amount of Vietnamese content about Cardano for the user community.

3. Video views:

• Get 500 average views for each video for 6 months.
• KPIs (this performance index) are increasing over time and are expected to continue to increase in the future.
• Assess the interest and interaction of viewers with the content of the translation.

4. Increase the number of new members in the YouTube channel:

• It has attracted 50 new monthly subscribers on YouTube.
• Enhance the spread and strengthen the user community on the youtube platform.

5. Increase the number of new members every month in the Telegram group on Cardano:

• There have been 50 new members joining the monthly telegram group.

• Building a lively community on Telegram, facilitating information exchange, discussion, and connection between Cardano users. The above indicators are used to ensure the widespread popularity and long-term impact of the Video Cardano Translation Project in Vietnamese in the community.

1. We are the largest Cardano project information group in Vietnam

• A group of Telegram with 2800 quality members,
• YouTube channel,

In addition, we also have blockchain teaching classes. These are good platforms and ideal conditions for our products to disseminate knowledge to the fastest community

2. We successfully completed this proposal when Catalyst granted capital at Fund 7*.* Therefore, it is the basis for us to continue to propose "Translate the video about Cardano with the voice in Vietnamese".

3. The Cardano ecosystem is still in the stage of development and completion, with videos of IOG, the Cardano Foundation, and Charles Hoskinson… publish regularly. Although Fund 9 time is paused for 1 year, the translation team from Fund 7 is still developing, members of the Cardano Vietnam Community continue to participate in videos Free translation (79 free translation videos) to update the news as well as the development roadmap of Cardano ecosystem And translation videos are still well received by the community, which is a testament to the Cardano Council responsible and sticking to the ecosystem.

6.1. Risk 1: Some new technical terms have not been properly understood. Our solution is: Exchange the translation team and the advice of Blockchain experts to understand and provide the community accurately.

6.2. Risk 2: The number of videos from IOG, Cardano Foundation, and Charles Hoskinson is constantly updated by the community without enough time to access them. Solution: We work full time, constantly update and choose the core, most important videos to translate; In addition, we will summarize the remaining videos that help the community quickly access the main content of the Cardano.

6.3. Risk 3: When ADA discounts, discourage the translator; However, the majority of translators do not do this for economic goals, they also need information and need the honor of the community. In case the ADA price is too low, we have always received support from 3-5 translators in Fimi's translation team ready to translate for free. The evidence is that we continue to translate even when proposed to be granted capital from Fund 7.

The main objective of the proposal: Publish the video with the Vietnamese explanation of IOG, Cardano Foundation, and Charles Hoskinson on the YouTube channel… Update the knowledge and news about Cardano Ecosystem to help the Cardano community of Vietnam easily continue to continue close and generate income for members of the community the main contributions. 1. Phase 1: From October 1, 2023 to October 31, 2023

• Recruitment and training of translators from the community: 5 people (added to the translation group that had from Fund 7)
• Recruit and train video editing: 1 person (Add to the group from Fund 7)
• Register vbee.vn account
• Implementation process: The Project manager selects Video (or Community Members Proposing Video) from IOG's YouTube channel, Charles Hoskinson, Cardano Foundation updated in the translation list. Members of the translation group registered for translation. After confirming, the translation member is responsible for completing the translation into Vietnamese on time to record the reward (if not completed on schedule will be transferred to other members in the community). Vietnamese translation will be reviewed by high-end consultants. Once completed, the translation will be used by the technical department of VBEE to read the translation into the audio file. Next, the video editor will complete the original video with the Vietnamese explanation and put it on the YouTube channel.

2. Phase 2: From November 1, 2023 to January 31, 2024

• Recruit and train translators from the community: 2 people

3. Stage 3: From 1/02/2024 to March 31, 2024

3. Fimi translator group

• Including nearly 11 translators with a deep understanding of the Cardano blockchain and experience in translating blockchain documents, excellently surpassed the test - Achieving 160/200. Their completed videos are highly appreciated by the Vietnamo Cardano community. Many of them have been or still participating in Plutus's pioneering course organized by IOG.

• Tasks: Will propose translation videos and translate, or are designated by the project manager. Participate in reading the translation.

Our project includes the main tasks and the specific budget allocation as follows:

• Translation: 9 ADA/ minute
• Voice reading explanation: 0.833 ADA/ minute (2500 ADA full project)
• Producing Vietnamese explanation videos: 6 ADA/minute
• Reviewer of translation and advice: 2 ADA/minute

Total: 17,833 ADA/minute video explanation in Vietnamese.

With the above cost for 1-minute video explanation in Vietnamese completed in Vietnam at the current [$ 7](<https://www.dichthuatsms.com/bang-gia-dich-thuat-phien-dich-long- language-phu-de/>) (equivalent to the current price of ADA is 25 ADA), our proposal requires a budget of 17,833 ADA/minute is reasonable.

1.
