[IMPACT]

The City of Las Vegas is excited to work with us to plan and deploy a fundraising solution utilizing blockchain. This solution allows for transparency in fundraising while incorporating a dynamic model to support local Artists. We believe teaching cities to utilize blockchain solutions for fundraising will provide proof of concept and have significant potential to become a standard. This will allow cities to bring communities together, creating financial support beds for the local artists while generating funds for City improvements. The city of Las Vegas is great full to explore this idea and create a better future for us all.

-Automate local government fundraising programs through NFTs

-Tokenomic strategies that support City improvements, engage the community and support local entrepreneurs.

-Event marketing and planning by the City of Las Vegas generating awareness about Cardano.

-Potential for additional marketing exposure such as TV/radio promotion of Cardano NFTs with the website.

-NFT utility added by City discounts / sponsored discounts/benefits to owning.

Local government decisions are typically arrived at through committees that have variable meeting schedules. There may be bottlenecks or delays depending on committee agendas and meeting frequency.

We anticipate some regulations or limitations to arise for how fundraising must take place when operating in participation with a local branch of government.

In order to mitigate the impact of these challenges, we are maintaining a close communicative relationship with the governing body in charge of revitalizing the historic arts district. Leadership at senior levels has expressed support and active interest. [Tangible?]

These stakeholders are helping to identify and navigate any red tape or government requirements that must be adhered to in the successful launch of this program/project.

[FEASIBILITY]

Pinnacle Consulting & Advisors are currently establishing relationships with key program & project managers and city planners to establish a working charter or roadmap for this project. Our timelines associated with this project are as follows:

o Potential of delay is moderate.

- 3 to 6 months for website development, marketing, and public relations strategy, NFT Tokenomics, and local artist involvement and input.

[AUDITABILITY]

-Updates are provided monthly, to include:

Phased progress reports.

Licensure dates and application dates.

Catalyst meetings, stakeholder meetings,

All other progress events of significance.

The city NFT is bought and sold creating a support bed for local Artist and The city. Success means supporting Local Artist in a way like never before, allowing them to make money every time someone buys the City NFT and when their Art is inserted. The city will greatly benefit from a turn key solution to raising funds. Efficient, transparent, dual purposed fund raising that benefits all not just a few. This is the success that only intelligent design can offer. This new symbiosis, will decentralized money distribution, allowing for City improvements and supporting the community. We plan to make this model dynamic as we can change to fund raising and out reach support to any needed group. The Arts District is the first plane Las Vegas is starting. There will be more projects in the future when we show them the power of blockchain.

This is an entirely new proposal for the City of Las Vegas.
