• More evergreen content for the Japanese Cardano Community will go into circulation.

As newcomers to Catalyst just a few short months ago - we've been greatly excited by and impressed with the activities of the community here in Japan.

Having now become community members ourselves, we want to support the existing and ongoing efforts by garnering as much awareness for them as possible.

What are the main risks that could prevent you from delivering the project successfully and please explain how you will mitigate each risk?

Here in Japan, public perception and its nuances play a major part in business, politics, and everyday life.

There may be participants in the project for whom appearance and reputation becomes a concern.

Therefore, we may encounter challenges relating to previously disclosed information and/or identities. We may receive requests for content to be amended or removed.

Please provide a detailed plan, including timeline and key milestones for delivering your proposal.

1st Month

Perform an inventory of existing Japanese language cardano content ( including B roll and extras )

2nd Month

Write blog posts and articles in both English and Japanese

Post on our homepage and share across owned and partner media channels

3rd Month

Remix and edit photo and video content
