Please describe your proposed solution.

Notiboy has a web3 application that will help the projects to use their addresses to create channels to which the end-users can opt-in using their addresses. The channel can send public notifications which will be received by all the addresses that have opted-in to the channel. We also will have a mobile app (android and iOS) which facilitate push notifications thus making communication much faster between addresses.

We provide web3 specific analytical tools that will help the projects to optimize their communication and marketing strategies. Some of the data that we provide include but not limited to 1) Number of notifications send vs read (daily) 2) Number of users onboarded vs deboarded to a channel (daily). We will also be soon launching a web3 chat application which will facilitate address to address communication along with sending of assets between addresses and swapping of assets between addresses. The community can use these applications by connecting the wallet which make sure that we don't collect any information that breach their privacy (like email-id or mobile number collected by discord or twitter).

How does your proposed solution address the challenge and what benefits will this bring to the Cardano ecosystem?

We are stating some of the use-cases for better communication of benefits.

1) Defi: If a USDC - ADA pool is created by a defi application, they can send notifications to all addresses that have ADA and USDC informing them about high APR so that end-users can add liquidity. The degens can take advantage of this information for higher rewards.

Also liquidation warnings can be send as notifications so that liquidity providers can take necessary action to avoid liquidation.

2) NFTs: The NFT projects can send notifications to its top holders regarding a new token airdrop they are doing. Also they can send notifications regarding the new NFT drop they are ding where top holder address will get priority.

3) DAOs: DAOs can send voting remainders to the members so that dont miss voting schedule. This makes DAOs effective and members don’t miss voting rewards.

Web3 chat application will facilitate faster address to address communication while maintaining privacy. We will also facilitate sending of assets and swapping of assets between addresses while chatting.

In-short our application can make the cardano ecosystem more efficient thus increasing the productivity and profitability for web3 projects and better information spread for the community members.

How do you intend to measure the success of your project?

Our success on cardano ecosystem depends on:

1) Number of partnerships with web3 projects.

2) Number of end-users on-boarded

3) Number of notifications sent.

Please describe your plans to share the outputs and results of your project?

We intend to onboard 40 web3 projects from cardano by end of 2024.

This will benefit at-least 100,000 end-users of these projects. Benefits include faster communication about product updates, DAO voting remainders, NFT airdrops and liquidation warnings.

We will take constant feedback from the community and try to improve our workflow and add new features if necessary.

What is your capability to deliver your project with high levels of trust and accountability?

We have an experienced team in marketing and product design and development which will make sure that right product is developed and it reached its intended audience.

We have launched this product on algorand blockchain where the community loved our value addition.

What are the main goals for the project and how will you validate if your approach is feasible?

For long-term sustainability of the projects we follow a freemium model.

The notification and chat application can be integrated via API as a service by web3 projects thus providing a in-app experience for the users. These can be charged on a SASS model which will make sure sustainability of our project. We are charging $9 and $29 per month as per the features offered. For chat app integration we will be charging $99, $299 and $499 per month depending on the active addresses on the application using our chat app. Chat application can be used free of cost by community members from our UI.

After launching the notification app we are aiming for 25 premium users by end of year 2024.

We are targeting 15,000 daily active users.

First two months of the project, we will focus on launching the web application by integrating the cardano wallets, SDKs and using smart-contracts wherever necessary.

Next two months will be focused on launching the chat application.

How does the cost of the project represent value for money for the Cardano ecosystem?

We have 3 developers with an average experience of 7 years working on this project for 4 months.

We will be spending around 600 hrs on development of this project. As per the industry standards 55,000 ADA(currently 0.29 USD per ADA) that we have requested is on par with industry standards.
