Awareness of the problem:

• Cardano is set to transition into the Voltaire Era - an era of decentralized governance and development. To accelerate the completion of this era, we need a variety of community tools. However, Cardano is currently lacking experienced blockchain developers to contribute to the network's development.
• Wallets will serve as gateways to all activities on the network, including voting for governance actions. Therefore, developing wallet-supporting features is the top priority at this stage.
• We've witnessed an incredible surge in activity on the Near blockchain network, and the market capitalization of TON coin has surpassed ADA's. This is largely attributed to the integration of the blockchain on the Telegram platform, attracting a vast user base due to its accessibility, speed, and convenience, perfectly catering to the fundamental needs of cryptocurrency users.

Approach:

• Our team consists of experienced members in building blockchain protocols, including exchanges, lending and borrowing platforms, Oracle database management, and more. We are passionate about contributing our expertise to the development of decentralized governance on Cardano.
• As part of our contribution, we propose to develop a light wallet on Telegram that integrates the functionalities of the Sanchonet GOV tool. Inspired by the success of the NEAR wallet integrated into Telegram, which has attracted millions of users and boosted the network activity of the NEAR blockchain, we believe this proposal has the potential to further enhance the user experience and expand the adoption of DAO.

Wallet Implementation: In addition to the basic features of a lightweight wallet such as creating and restoring wallets, transaction history, asset statistics, sending and receiving assets, and delegation. We will integrate the functions of the Sanchonet GOV Tool into the wallet.

• Voting delegation: In this section, ADA holders will use their Drep ID to find and delegate voting rights.
• Register as a DRep: In this section, users will be able to register as a DRep and receive their Drep ID.
• View governance actions and vote: In this section, users will be able to view governance actions and vote on them.

Attract:

• DEV: Developers will have access to an open-source library for light wallet that integrate the Sanchonet GOV tool, making it easy for them to customize and create their own wallet.
• Cardano Community: We will provide a light wallet build on Telegram that integrates the Sanchonet GOV tool, enabling a seamless and easy-to-use experience directly within the wallet to encourage user adoption and active participation in governance actions.
• For us: By implementing this proposal, Cardano is attracting my company and partners to participate in building on the Cardano blockchain in the most serious way, leading to a deeper understanding of the network and the creation of high-value solutions.

Milestone 3: Integration into Telegram - 1 month

Most of the costs are paid to app developers. The proposed salary is based on the average salary of blockchain developers with experience in Asia.

Risk mitigation:

• As a team that has worked on many projects in the blockchain industry, we are willing to take the monetary risk of being paid in ADA. ADA price drops are a risk we take on so we have multiple contingency plans in place for any eventuality, while any increase allows us to expand our range.
