Please describe your proposed solution

I propose a set of mechanisms, and their implementations that can be used to offer benefits to NFT/Address holders from other chains like Ethereum, Solana, and Polygon, when minting NFTs on Cardano, or when a new collection is minted on Cardano. This includes smart contracts and minting policies that recognize external addresses ownership and provide corresponding benefits on Cardano, such as access to exclusive content, lower minting fees, redeeming funds or special recognition within the community.

The framework will also include and open-source template website and description of different onboarding mechanisms.

This project will bridge Cardano with other major blockchain communities, increasing its attractiveness as a platform for NFT issuance and trading. It will leverage existing NFT investments and engage a broader audience in the Cardano ecosystem, potentially increasing network activity and fostering a more interconnected blockchain environment.

What is your capability to deliver your project with high levels of trust and accountability? How do you intend to validate if your approach is feasible?

I have already designed, documented and implemented a version of the DApp (https://github.com/mariusgeorgescu/raffleize ) using only functional language like: PlutusTx for onchain, Atlas for transaction building and Plutus-Simple-Model for testing, the UI is in development using purescript-hallogen).

Who is in the project team and what are their roles?

I am an IT Solution Architect at Orange, with a PhD in Mechanical Engineering, a Bachelor's degree in Economic Informatics. I am passionate about decentralized applications, blockchain technology, and functional programming (especially Haskell).

The project’s cost provides excellent value for money by enabling Cardano to tap into existing NFT markets on other blockchains, significantly expanding its user base and functional appeal without the need for users to divest from their current assets. This strategic enhancement to the Cardano ecosystem is expected to catalyze further growth and innovation.
