[IMPACT]

The main reason of the propose this project in Catalysts. There is a lot of discussion on the 100% margin pools. Sometimes a scam like stake pool operator with 100% margin steal delegators rewards. This is fetal issue for POS and decentralized block chain.

On the other hand, the tax system in Japan require quite strange situation for staking.

When the ADA price is down to the average staking reward ADA price, the delegator have to sell the larger amount of ADA than staking rewards.

This is serious issue for Japanese ADA holder. Also this is serious problem for Cardano because Japanese ADA holder still quite large percentage of ADA supply.

The good method to solve this problem is change the TAX raw in Japan.

However it is quite difficult.

In this sense, the local government activity like Kittamu project (the Fund6 and Fund7 winner) is really good. If the Cardano can be the solution of deindustrialization problem, the Cardano situation will be better.

Of course the donation is good. However, the tax system in Japan is also not good for individual donations.

From these background, we propose the 100% margin stake pool.

The delegators can get the original token in stead of the ADA rewards.

And I will put the some ADA address for each suggestion.

For example, some one vote the "Kittamu project" by original token.

We buy the "Kittamu product" and send ADA.

The product will distribute to ADA holders include voter through Cardano Cafe or other meet ups.

The total equation of send cash or ADA will be calculated by this formula

(the send token amount) / (total distributed token amount - already send token amount)

×(the 50% of total ADA rewards calculated + the cash obtained by the selling ADA reward - operators cost corresponds to 5% margin pool - pool cost)

A novel type donation like system by the staking will promote the activations of local area in Japan.

This movement may give good effect for tax problem.

Also growing Staking population is good effect for Cardano.

Of course, in future, the donation for world wide project by this system will be available.

This solution can grow up the staking activity mainly for Japanese ADA holders.

The communications and donations between Cardano project and ADA holders can be activated.

This movement will make clear the tax problem in Japan. This is quite important for crypto technology in Japan. Also the image up of Cardano chain can be expected.

My KPI is as follows

1 to achieve 5 M ADA staking from the ADA holder who stopped staking.

2 to make collaboration(donation) with 5 catalyst project through our system.

3 to make at least 3 cardano collaborated item distributions through meet ups.

Fundamentally, there is no risk of the project.

The only risk is there is no delegator for our pool.

When the active stake ADA amount will be less than 300 k ADA for 1 year later, we will stop stake pool.

The other risk the rug pull like behavior by stake pool operator.

This is quite serious despite that we will never do such things.

So the rewards control will be checked by famous Cardano Ambassador and IOG members.

If they find strange behavior for our project. We promise that the all ADA rewards except for pool cost , 5% operators rewards and TAX in Japanese raw will send to IOG or delegators.

The way to return the rewards will be checked.

[FEASIBILITY]

We will start the stake pool after Catalyst funding immediately.

And we start the distribution of original asset in stead of ADA rewards.

(1 month is enough to ready for stake pool)

After distributions, we will immediately open homepage site or other information pages

which introduce catalyst projects with ADA address. (2 month is enough)

After continue stake pool operation for 1 year, we will decide whether continue or not this project.

The budget is quite simple

500$ for month Stake pool cost.

For 1 year(12 month) total is 6000$

The team members is mainly composed of stake pool operator(RANKET2) and Japan cardano community open chat members (ranket and other popular members).

RANKET2 already operated the Stake Pool (RANKT pool) with over 100 block produces.

The ranket(Ph. D) already support the over 10 funded catalyst project.

I think the details of the team members in terms of ability is not so important for this project.

The important thing of this project is "this is not SCAM project"

The reward distribution is important.

In future, we hope to make smartcontract or other automation system for this project.

But this is experiment.

[AUDITABILITY]

The progress measure is simple.

The pool active stake and rewards.

The ADA amount on the operators address.

Hopefully, we want use the djed stable coins for clear statement of our project.

In this case, anyone can check the ADA and djed amount whether operators does not scam behavior.

Also the distributions of the rewards can trace the ADA addresses.

The success of our project is the large amount of ADA staking.

This means also the activations of dead stock ADA without staking.

We hope the pool cost(500$/month) will be less than the operators cost remarkably.

In this case, operator will pay the pool cost by ourselves.

The second point of success is the voting amount by original asset.

It is important that the delegator choose support project by themselves.

When the original asset will be not moved over 2years, we will make the new calculate equation to avoid dead ADA rewards. But it should not send the operator directly.

This is new project but will collaborate with other funded catalyst projects.
