• Western audiences and English speaking fans of Cardano and Japan.

How our project will be implemented:

• We will establish a homepage for English news and content relating to Cardano in Japan.
• We will establish SNS channels for English news and content relating to Cardano in Japan.
• We will provide English copywriting for original blogs and articles.
• We will provide translations for partner blogs and articles.
• We will provide translations, subtitles, and editing for partner photos and videos.

What we will produce:

• We will create an English language online hub for fans of Cardano and Japan to consume informative and entertaining content.

What will happen:

• The Japanese Cardano Community, along with their respective projects, will be able to grow their audience abroad.

As newcomers to Catalyst just a few short months ago - we've been greatly excited by and impressed with the activities of the community here in Japan.

Having now become community members ourselves, we want to support the existing and ongoing efforts by garnering as much awareness for them as possible.

What are the main risks that could prevent you from delivering the project successfully and please explain how you will mitigate each risk?

Here in Japan, public perception and its nuances play a major part in business, politics, and everyday life.

There may be participants in the project for whom appearance and reputation becomes a concern.

Therefore, we may encounter challenges relating to the disclosure of information and/or identities.

Please provide a detailed plan, including timeline and key milestones for delivering your proposal.

3 month timeline:

1st Month

Perform an inventory of existing Japanese-only content

Perform an audit of existing web traffic ( SEO, SNS )

Purchase a domain, server, and establish a homepage

2nd Month

Translating Japanese-only blogs and articles into English

Translating, editing, and subtitling Japanese-only videos into English

Creating original blogs, articles, and video content in English

Populating the homepage with content

3rd Month

Promoting the content through SNS and SEO campaigns
