Create a repository for resources and discussion regarding SPO testing, catalog existing test tools, create discussion areas.
<p>Small pool operators do not have a central place where they can find tools and information to test their stake pool.</p>
We propose to:
- Set up a repository for SPO testing resources and discussion.
- Catalogue existing test tools; publish links on the project webpage
- Foster discussion to identify gaps in current testing capabilities; identify opportunities for new tools to be built.
Expected output from this project: a central webpage with links to existing tools and documentation, preferably in a suitable pre-existing Cardano website; if you know a good place to put this, please let us know.
<p>When a network failure occurs, it would be useful to know which SPO are reachable from different locations in the world.</p>
