This proposal was approved and funded by the Cardano Community via Project F6: Partnerships for Global Adoption Catalyst funding round.

Detailed Plan

The World Bank is an institution that facilitates a lot of development aid from advanced economies. They are very interested in being able to assess the impact of their project. Blockchain technology has a lot of potential here because it is possible for individuals to securely provide information that is put on a distributed ledger.

If we are able to find solutions to the challenges that face the world bank that are unique selling points for Cardano, or other 3rd gen blockchains, then this is how we ultimately can get those institutions on board.
