INTRODUCTION

Problem statement

• The rapidly increasing community size requires that Cardano documents and news be presented in a more timely and understandable way.
• Technical information needs to be presented more interesting.
• Translating documents is also difficult because technical documents about Cardano and blockchain contain many technical words that are difficult to understand for newcomers. Even translators with a high degree of proficiency in English have a hard time achieving fluency, intelligibility, and closeness in their translations.
• The number of documents and news sometimes increases dramatically (due to news related to government policies, Beartrap markets, Bulltrap markets, crash markets…) so a small number of full-time translators is not enough to meet the need.

Solution

Build a reward mechanism to encourage the participation of community members in creating the best translations for the community.

Translations will be evaluated under the following criteria:

• <u>Accuracy</u>: Based on the fidelity to the original
• <u>Timeliness</u>: Based on the delay of the translation compared to the original message
• <u>Interesting</u>: Based on the content of the viewer's feedback
• <u>Virality</u>: Based on the number of viewers, the speed of sharing.

How does this proposal success look like?

• Cardano Vietnam community has one more reliable, fast, and timely information channel.
• Community translators get an extra income from the rewards for the videos already created.
• The Youtube channel reached the milestone of 100,000 subscribers.

Risk management

• Not updating enough news every day
• Not updating daily news in time
• Market price fluctuations cause a shortage of bonus funds for translators. We are requesting $1.000 additional for the reserve fund.

Mr. Hung has directly translated many videos of Hoskinson and documents related to Plutus, Haskell language and smart contract. He also built the process of translating documents and creating the best quality videos. He is also the one who directly trains translators.
