Decentralized Ecosystem for organization, Community and social media platforms.

Developing users and attracting people to use the social-fi platform where this platform can help the development of local and interlocal digital economy. With this social-fi platform, it will be very useful for the cardano community because they can connect with each other on this platform and can share important information about the development of the cardano blockchain.

There are a lot of mobile applications offering money management with community backing, e-commerce with less funding round that still has potential and not yet met their mature market condition, dating apps without any filters to make a good glance at it. The SocialFi will boost the existence of goodwill of any accountable entity that present in those applications.

Proposed concepts for Marketing

1. Social-Fi for Content Creators.Content creators can create premium/exclusive content for their fans. With this feature, content creators can generate revenue through premium subscribers from their fans from their content.
2. Validation for organizations/companies/artists. With this system, the social-fi platform can guarantee the authenticity of the account through user data verification.

Who is in the project team and what are their roles?

Roles

• Main applicant and Co-Proposser Randy & Syahvril Aditiya. Roles in the proposal as Project Manager, ensure the goals and expectations from the team members are met. Encourage the team to use the WBS(Work breakdown structure) based on the Budget and Costs section as Randy will make one below, while preparing the strategic approach to make partnership in the project’s period.
• Alfino will take responsibility toward deployment and execute the action of the proposed concept in terms of technical basis. While Alfin and Tutut support the existing links from this proposal, the design will make it easier for audience and reviewers to see whether this project really prepared the items needed to succeed. The vocational and workplace of the team will be accommodated in one place to make a good coordination between each other in Surabaya city.
• To overcome business partners and further sustainable action to seek for investment, it will be handled with proposed voting from the whole team to decide which investor is the best for the platform.

How does the cost of the project represent value for money for the Cardano ecosystem?

Pre- condition of values within

Each milestone’s output will be weighted to the performance and searching for the approval from the milestone reviewer. In order to do that, the Project Manager will show accountable calculation based on the team’s division and timely manner outcomes. Working hours will encourage the whole team composition, while the partnership will be conducted parallel by giving announcements and any possible promotional activity to support the ecosystem.

Budget to treasury consideration

We agreed to use the market price as the benchmark of our requested funding and trust the value of ADA, subject to the whole rationalization of the rewarding applicants based on SDG reports in which going for international acknowledgment that none of our team is getting below the average and mistreated by the ecosystem internally. The result will be expected as the planned stated above in milestones sections; with the intention of showing it will be available to give direct and indirect monetization to developer community, web based entity, and mobile applications entity with careful consideration but still make an easy access for them that they already consume the blockchain technology comes from Cardano technology at the very first place.
