SPOs play a crucial role in the Cardano Ecosystem. In the Voltaire era, besides ensuring the operation of the Cardano blockchain they also play an important role in making decisions for Cardano.

Therefore, SPOs, ADA holders, Cardano communities and other roles of Cardano need to understand and connect closely with each other. Only then can everyone in the Cardano ecosystem come together to make the right decisions for the future of Cardano.

We will create a Youtube channel to interview SPOs so that everyone can know the vision, views and expectations of the SPOs. Through SPO Interview Channel, people can understand more about SPOs.

Everyone can also make arguments to help SPOs have more perspectives on Cardano's decisions in the future.

Questions to ask during the interview:

• Why did you choose to be an SPO on Cardano?
• What experiences have you had as an SPO on Cardano?
• How do you want Cardano to develop in the future?
• Are there any current issues in Cardano that need to be changed?
• If someone wants to become an SPO, what advice would you give them?
• There are many projects under construction on Cardano, do you have any advice for those projects to be able to develop on Cardano?
• Do you want to send a message to the people in the Cardano ecosystem?

How does your proposed solution address the challenge and what benefits will this bring to the Cardano ecosystem?

This proposal will solve the key metric of the challenge "A sense of community and conversations. Having people around to talk and connect with."

We will help connect the Cardano community, ADA holders and others with SPOs. This will help the voices of SPOs be heard. People will understand and connect better with SPOs.

Besides, SPOs can also listen to each other's opinions so that they can jointly develop and make the right decisions for Cardano in the future.

When the voices of SPOs are heard and understood, there will be no contradictions in the Cardano ecosystem. Cardano will not have the same community splits as Ethereum (ETC with ETH) and Bitcoin (there have been many harkforks creating new chains due to disagreements among people in the BTC community). This is extremely important for the future development of Cardano

How do you intend to measure the success of your project?

We will measure the number of views and comments of each video to know how many people watch and give opinions to SPOs.

The more viewers and comments, the more people understand and connect with SPOs

2. SPOs who join with us in this proposal will have chance to approach more than 50.000 people in our Cardano community and other Cardano communities
3. Each video will get at least 1,000 views to prove that this proposal bring a big impact to Cardano
