[IMPACT] Please describe your proposed solution.

A network will be set up to identify and select child beneficiaries of aid and the schools to supervise this system: the selection of beneficiaries will be based on the following criteria: being a child born of a mother who is a displaced victim and a victim of the murder of one of these parents who was the victim of sexual violence; be of school age; be enrolled in one of the targeted schools; it should be noted that any payment will be conditioned by the opening of an individual wallet and the currency will be released in cryptomonaie and therefore to ADA for its promotion At the local level, close collaboration will be made with the authorities of civil society, in particular the ASBL of the environment, the heads of the groups, the parents' committee for each school and the parents who are direct beneficiaries of the subsidy - Distribute school kits to beneficiaries; - Monitoring – evaluation of activities will be done weekly and a rapport presented.

Expected results During 6 months ; the following results will be achieved: - 12 training sessions on the operation of blochaine cardano systems will be carried out for beneficiaries and their parents for 205 families who are victims of all forms of violence - 205 children from war victim families selected; - 205 care kits distributed to 205 beneficiary children from displaced victim families; - School fees paid for the education of 205 beneficiary children; MONITORING AND EVALUATION PLAN: As part of the permanent control of the performance of activities in the field: - Visits to the supervision of activities will be organized each week by the social supervisor in order to see that the planned activities are running smoothly; - Follow-up descents will be carried out c

*The persistence of the war which would caused non retours of the population ton their country , as we are yet having a database with government collaboration this support may cross through the ADA in partnership to the refugees country
