The DAO values and Mission will be represented in an open source document, a Community Charter, or similar. A governance board and a voting process will have to be developed, building on experience of ADAO.

The goal is to develop a robust process where each part supports another:

Community Charter serves as a guide, Authors and Core Contributors create content that aligns with Community Charter, and the Community critiques the publications and the Charter and drives the process of organization's adaptation to the environment.

The key to success is creating system of checks and balances withing the organization that will ensure that the DAO will stay true to its Mission and is more cost-efficient than its market competitors.

This project aims at becoming a Cardano-powered platform for publishing blogs, news, etc.

By offering a stakeholder-owned platform, we intend to offer unique value proposition and become more attractive for the users.

The project is Open Source, and will be licensed as commons. The idea received positive feedback from people I know very little about, so others might pick up and build on what's been done.

ADAO, https://www.theadao.io is a DAO for creation of other DAO's - they work hard to develop a robust process that will allow taking any business idea and implementing it in a form of DAO.

5. We steal substantial share of reddit users by being decentralized, charismatic, honest and more fun to read and participate in.
