Detailed Plan

#1 Goal is to Create a Technical Resource Pool where Non-Programmers can engage the professional services that are necessary to successfully complete their projects.

#2 Goal is to also make the Resource Pool available to anyone who may need additional talents or hours for their projects to be completed in a timely manner.

1st n 2nd Week: Prepare a system for collecting Programmer Information and availability that can be shared with Proposers.

Begin Advertising the effort to produce a Resource Pool within the Cardano Ecosystem, online Haskell Communities and Training Centers.

1st and 2nd Months:

Reach out to programmers and proposers who's proposal were not funded to see if they have hours available for funded projects.

Reach out to those who have been in the Plutus Pioneer Program or who will be attending the program for their available hours to commit to projects.

Reach out into the online Haskell Functional Programming communities to recruit those with Blockchain experience and who are willing to participate in a Plutus training program.

Reach out to programmers that have submitted proposals to see if their hours are fully allocated or if they have hours available and are interested in participating in other projects.

Within 13 week Funding Cycle: Have a Resource Pool ready and available for the next Funds

This Meets the Goals of Miscellaneous Challenge. There are no other Challenges in this Fund that fit as well as Miscellaneous.

The Impact would be:

To Open up the proposal process to a Non-Programming Community and give them the opportunity to bring new ideas for projects and know they can find the resources they need to be successful.

To give Programmers who's proposals were not funded opportunities to source their talents and work on projects.

To give Programmers who's proposals were funded access to additional expertise and staffing they may need to complete their projects.

Its growth will increase over time as more people enter the Training Programs. One Proposal in this fund hopes to add 300 additional Women programmers in the future. The Resource Pool would give them opportunities to source their talents.

The Feasibility of building a resource pool is very high.

Experienced Team Members: Each have over 20 years of experience organizing and recruiting for project teams.

Easily Auditable by the Number of Programmers and available hours added.

Budget:

$3,000 - Prepare system for collecting availability (engage technical resource)

$3,000 - Marketing (engage marketing professional to advertise for project resources)

$6,000 - 3 x $2,000 ea - Team Recruiting resources (Collect Technical Resource Information and prepare it for sharing)

$12,000 Total Budget
