Executive Summary

Cardano has the power to change the way people do business, increase trust in societies, stimulate how people learn, and enable all with the tools to build a financially fruitful future. In addition to that, its strong community stands out among other projects in transparency, innovation and is willingness of constantly trying to educate.

I am seeking funding for the creation of an online platform that caters to the education our youth in the form of easy to digest video classes, live 1-group teaching, and 1-on-1 based session tutoring. The variety of programs we will offer would creatively and organically spread the knowledge of Cardano, and through partnering with fun and talented artists in the Cardano space encourage those that may be on the fence to participate in classroom teachings.

The Platform

An online easy to use teaching platform, based on videos, and virtual meetings.

Creation of tutorials and step-by-step programs for specific training

Introduction to social communities to aid in specific concentration of learning

The Educators

Videos will be created by myself, and my preteen daughters who are active in the space.

External Gurus in the space will contribute video content focuses on the A B C's of Cardano

Community leaders in the space will share their experiences and offer guidance for some classes.

Immersive Technologies

We hope to include a Virtual Reality component to enhance the immersive learning experience.

Virtual Reality will also cater to those students that may have a learning disability.

With the popularity of CNFTs and the like, Augmented Reality and physically printed 3D designs may be added to more advance courses within the program.

Global Reach

Initially the platform will be accessible globally, but only in English We plan to increase the translation of platform and videos into multiple languages in future iterations of the project.

Budget ($50,000)

Budget Breakdown.

• Business Setup, Legal Documentation Services: $2500
  Company would fall under LLC in crypto friendly state in US.
• Initial creation of the platform & maintenance costs: $10,000
  Construction, Configuration, Design, Content and Full Function with 6 months.
• Purchase of dedicated hardware for video production and editing: $6500
  Required to ensure high quality content for students and programs.
• Hiring educational professionals to build proper course structure and curriculum: $8000Heavily vetted educators to create a fun and comprehensive program for student at various levels.
• Hiring some current Cardano developers/artists to record educational videos: $5000
  Inserting some current gurus in the space to keep the students engaged and excited to learn more
• Purchase of VR Solution, create immersive learning environment: $5000
  Purchase of Oculus Quest, and educational software to be customized within the VR space
• Create programs around students that have learning disabilities: $4000
  These would include auditory and visual enhanced programs.
• Project Marketing and Promotion: $3500Online & Offline promotions to local communities, ads, and to traditional schools and campuses
• Branding, Merchandising: T-Shirts, Notebooks: $3000
  Create swag for social media giveaways. Creating packages to send to students on the platform.
• Staking Pool Setup for Platform: $2500
  This would be used for teaching staking as well as a separate funding tool for the platform.

Roadmap

We have already started the process of finding the right people to build out this platform and create a number of programs that crater to the diversities of students by age and experience with technology. Many of the bullet points above will be done in tandem, and the groundwork for many of those are either in process or will be accelerated with the additional funding.

Starting from the week of funding, and based on where we are at from prior work accomplished I feel a 6 month timeline would be adequate to fully complete the platforms initial public offering. This would mean the platform would be made available publicly to a beta group of students to ensure it is ready for mass usage. ( 30 - 60 days Beta )

Timeline

• Within the first month, platform is created with access available to content creators and alpha testers. Legal, Business and Project team is formed officially, website will be updated to display this.

• Marketing and promotional ads will be started at the same time collecting critical data on the types of classes students are thirsty for. Course roadmap planning continues, and finalizes by month two. Design contests for project T-shirt swag and notebook covers, etc.

• Into Month 2 design changes will take pace based on peer reviews and alpha user comments, planning and scheduling of crypto devs and artist are made. Content creation begins as soon as planning has commenced. VR environment begins development to match overall branding of project

• Months 3/4 is dedicated to content and course creation. Video ad teasers, AMA scheduled and multiple crypto podcasts planned to explain the platform and how it will be presented to the public.

• Month 5: Project Audit and recap, address that all main projects timelines are on track to be completed by Month 6, and pivot or prioritize roadmap to ensure core is achieved. Marketing is in FULL FORCE, all social media is pushing the project. Multiple podcasts weekly up until launch. Stake pool spun up.

• Month 6. Will be planned prior to the last week of Month 5. Public Launch

Each course will have mini tests of 3 questions within topics, and a final test at the end of the course. All answers will be tracked and compared to modify the curriculum in the initial months into it's optimum form.

Challenges

The major challenging factors will be balancing the organization of content with multiple creators while keeping the consistency of variety in course preparation to accommodate the needs of different student needs.

While the reward in winning this project should be adequate to cover the costs of an initial build, along will content, marketing, testing and push to public use - the budget is tight as well as timelines - but I am confident that we will succeed!
