Solution

Launch a training program to target at least 100 female students, graduates, or young entrepreneurs to become virtual assistants in Project catalyst.

Problem:

One major problem in the blockchain ecosystem is that the females are being left behind in these innovation steps. How do we build female competence to participate in the Cardano ecosystem?

[IMPACT] Please describe your proposed solution.

Our plan is to train these young ladies, equipping them with the right tools to put the full power of brainstorming, designing, and implementing solutions (on the blockchain) into their hands. We see a lot of potential for blockchain-based solutions and think it is really vital to include more of the affected people in the process. The first step to inclusion is education

[IMPACT] Please describe how your proposed solution will address the Challenge that you have submitted it in.

Most Students in Ghana especially Female Students are not aware of such a great opportunity in the Blockchain Ecosystem. So, if funds are won for this proposal, it will help educate young female students and also bring onboard female entrepreneurs who do not know about blockchain and are in search of platforms to fund and implement their ideas.

[IMPACT] What are the main risks that could prevent you from delivering the project successfully and please explain how you will mitigate each risk?

The main risk here is a lack of interest due to experience with crypto Ponzi schemes that took lead in Ghana. We plan to offer training for free and also will motivate participants through training incentives to mitigate this risk and grow the confidence of females in the blockchain ecosystem

[FEASIBILITY] Please provide a detailed plan, including timeline and key milestones for delivering your proposal.
