Advertising Catalyst to students is definitely a way to onboard more people in Catalyst.

I feel that the proposal addresses the challenge as described in the Campaign Brief, and I think targeting university students and diaspora is a good way to target an appropriate demographic. I would like to see this model or idea used in other international jurisdictions like South American countries, etc.

The problem and the solution are clear. The proposal is within the scope of the challenge. The goals set indicate a great potential for impact on the challenge.

Probably a worth proposal, however it is about bringing in new people, not encouraging meaningful participation from the community so it is not clearly addressing the challenge.

This proposal is well aligned with the challenge goals and it targets a very important group that can really contribute to the success of Catalyst. I believe that the expected number of people brought into Catalyst could be higher for such an effort. If 200 people get involved for 11k usd, the cost would be $55 for each one, which is quite high, but I don't see a problem with the budget itself, just believe that more people will get involved and the KPIs and metrics are conservative.

Given experience and plan presented is likely that this proposal will be implemented successfully

I thought Catalyst fund5 was the last funding round. Why do we need to include more people in Catalyst thereafter?

I would like to see a bit more detail on the marketing strategy (add venues like Telegram/Discord, etc.), and how 'onboarding' will occur, linking relevant past experiences to such activity. Given this, I agree that this proposal can be successfully implemented.

The WADA team is very participative in Catalyst and in improving the Cardano ecosystem. WADA's expertise signals the ability to successfully execute the proposal. My only recommendation about the team is to include more information about the proposers or some link so that people who don't know WADA have access in an easy and transparent way. On the WADA website there are no details about the team members.

There is a clear and structured plan, I recommend the inclusion of more information on the subjects that will be addressed in the events, due to the fact that CAs and proposers need detailed information on documentation and guides for the onboarding to be more effective. We need to remember that the focus is on value onboarding, so new members need to understand the process and be able to bring not only numbers but quality to proposals and assessments (in the case of community advisors)

There are details on budget allocation as well.

Based on the team's experience, the proposal is feasible and I don't see any big risks in achieving the desired goals. The proposers are already committed to Cardano and Catalyst communities and have proven their capacity in previous rounds. Also, the plan is simple and well described.

It is likely for this proposal to be implemented because it includes a straightforward plan and a team that has delivered on previous challenge.

Does the proposal provides sufficient information to assess and audit progress and completion?

Success criteria is very clear, KPIs and metrics are good for the proposal, and the risks as well covered in the mentioned Risk Framework. The only detail is to carefully keep track of everyone involved so the key metrics are accurate.

As mentioned above, I would like more detail on expected feasibility (related to past experience, connection to BEN and how they operate for success, etc.) More on how the team has relevant experience to meet the challenge and succeed in their proposed solution.

There is clarity on how the proposal will address the challenge.

Reasonable KPIs and metrics have been described. There are details on budget allocation.

I recommend the inclusion of a roadmap, because the only information that allows us to understand the relationship of the proposal over time are the success metrics and they have long intervals of time (months).
