At the same time that Goodwall is often rewarding youth that participate in its challenges with monetary prizes, processing individual payments for youth that sometimes do not have a bank account nor access to services like PayPal or Transferwise is always very stressful and inefficient.

The integration of Goodwall with Yoroi wallet will enable our over 2M users to easily access their monetary prizes in ADA, and it will happen in three phases:

Phase 1) Program Preparation: our tech team will define the scope of work needed for wallet integration and design fit into our existing architecture. At the same time, our design and marketing team will start developing content to explain how the wallet will work to our users.

Phase 2) Program Execution: the development of the wallet integration with Yoroi will start

and we will add ADA as a payout option for challenges. Once completed, the implementation goes through QA testing

Phase 3) Program Results: Goodwall will market the new offering to payout instantly in ADA

and will track usage of ADA for payouts

Most of Goodwall’s user are based in Africa and sending them monetary rewards through Paypal, Transferwise or similar services is very often challenging.

By integrating Goodwall with the Yoroi wallet for web and mobile, our users will only need to enter their waller ID to relieve payments in ADA.

What are the main risks that could prevent you from delivering the project successfully and please explain how you will mitigate each risk?

• Education: our main challenge will be educating our users who are new to crypto to trust and use the system.
• Budgeting issues - It is necessary to use our project scheduling tool, following the budgeting procedure, and make realistic assumptions to avoid cost overruns.
• Limited engagement of stakeholders - Goodwall will collaborate closely with Cardano and other partners to develop this, so their engagement is key.
• Lack of Information or resistance by users - Users might not understand the purpose of this Tokenization - We will create some informative posts for the users to be fully aware of what they are earning.
• Technical Problems - We will mitigate this by giving a lot of time on the development of our project + we will be aware of any technical problem and find a way to solve it as fast as possible

We have a team of different people working on the different proposals (funded or to be funded) according to their expertises. Goodwall is a growing company and is used to work on multiple projects in parallel as we have the team and collaborators to support it.

Goodwall has already submitted proposals on Fund8, two of which are being funded. We aim to continue applying in the next funds with new ideas or with projects that are continuations of funded proposals.

We will implement live dashboards that will show all relevant data to analyze the performance of the project.

We will also make a presentation that will summarize all the results that we got during the project.

What does success for this project look like?

In summary, Goodwall will consider this project successful if:

• The wallet is live for general use
• The first live transaction has taken place
• It brings an impactful use case for Cardano with DID’s
• Sees increased quality of existing products & integrations through suggested improvements that is supported by customer feedback or increased usage by the community.
