We not only train and empower the youth to be a developer or a freelancer. But also provide them financial freedom by helping them join various startups or empower them to launch their own venture.

Currently there might be a lot of educational contents, services available on web3 both online and offline. But even the most passionate people fail to make a career in web3 due to

1) Lack of affordable instructors who is easy to access and communicate

Our aim is not only to empower students to become good quality developers, But we also want them to handhold them to have a successful career. In order to achieve that we want to empower them as entrepreneur's to launch their own startup or provide a good career in web3 by connecting them with other successful entrepreneurs.

To achieve that we will be creating a community for talent seekers and talents in the web3 space. For creating new talents we will be approaching various colleges, educational centers and startup organization's to provide training and certification for students in Cardano.

Initial one month

• Listing out schedules and availability of trainers and mentors.
• Reach out program to partner/engage with key startup communities and government /non-government organizations (Kerala Startup Mission, Nasscom 10000 startups, T-Hub, Mumbai Fintech Hub etc)
• Give introductory class to students on web3 and use cases.
• Identify the initial batch of committed and deserving students.
• Reaching out to media.

After one month

• Every month thereon we will be training 50 students every month till we have trained 200 students.
• Training will be structured in a format that by the end of training the students will be able to deploy a basic app using Cardano.
• We will also be connecting the developers with various startups and their founders to provide a better understanding of the ecosystem

Final Result

• If the student doesnt want to follow the path of entrepreneurship due to socio-economic situation we will be also providing support to connect with the right startups.

• Course material preparation will cost around $5000.

• Travel and infrastructure cost will be $5000.

• We will be spending $20000 on training. (Taking the average cost per student trained, as low as $100)
