web3.0 Recruitment application

Please describe your proposed solution.

There are many small companies on the market who are recruiting technical experts. In fact, they only need to recruit a mid-level developer to complete the work. For two job seekers with the same development skills, there is no difference between hiring a or b for the company. If the company wants a job seeker who can manage and develop, then the company can search through the search box (must have management experience ). The project will implement a scoring mechanism to rate each job seeker and company. The initial scoring comes from the following aspects:

  1. Job seekers can study and assess on my web3.0 learning website, and issue certificates after passing the assessment (certificate scoring for job seekers)
  2. Automated technical interviews (technical ability scoring) using artificial intelligence technology
  3. Job seekers' past positions (for example, the positions of the two companies most recently are mid-level Plutus developers, then there will be a fixed position score)
  4. Start-up companies can hire some junior developers who are inexperienced but willing to learn, and mid-level and senior developers from other companies can help start-up companies with project module architecture design on a part-time basis, and the code is written by junior developer

The idea of the recruitment application is to allow every job seeker to quickly find a suitable job, instead of asking job seekers to submit resumes for 5 hours a day and find a job a month later. Therefore, the recruitment application implements a simple recommendation engine: recommend junior developers to start-ups, and recommend middle and senior developers to similar companies.

In addition, the recruitment application also aims to realize the interview-free function. For example, through cooperation with some companies, some job seekers are hired without interviews. If the job seekers are not qualified for the job during the trial period of 3 months, the insurance company will cover it. This function The purpose is to speed up the entry efficiency of job seekers and invest in the development of new projects as soon as possible. Job seekers should use their creativity to bring value to the company instead of spending a long time looking for a job.

Other ideas are still under planning. This recruitment application aims to differentiate itself from traditional recruitment applications on the market. The goal is to help job seekers find suitable jobs as soon as possible and help companies find suitable personnel. Let the job seekers in the society flow as much as possible, instead of spending a lot of time looking for a job.

How does your proposed solution address the challenge and what benefits will this bring to the Cardano ecosystem?

The recruitment application based on Cardano allows different project teams to find suitable personnel as soon as possible.

How do you intend to measure the success of your project?

  1. A large number of project teams use this recruitment platform to recruit job seekers

Please describe your plans to share the outputs and results of your project?

  1. Publish the number of users in real time, the number of successful matches by the recruitment matching engine, the number of users hired by companies, and the ratings of companies and job seekers on the recruitment application in real time

What is your capability to deliver your project with high levels of trust and accountability?

I have many years of development experience and am very interested in Cardano. I am currently promoting Cardano in China and have written the first Chinese version of the Cardano smart contract development book

What are the main goals for the project and how will you validate if your approach is feasible?

The goal is to help companies recruit suitable personnel faster and help job seekers find suitable jobs faster. On traditional recruitment platforms, companies need to pay fees to the recruitment platform before they can download job seekers' resumes, and my recruitment platform plans to give this part of the fee to job seekers. In this way, a large number of job seekers will come to the platform to find jobs.

Please provide a detailed breakdown of your project’s milestones and each of the main tasks or activities to reach the milestone plus the expected timeline for the delivery.

  1. In the first two months, the functions of the general recruitment platform and artificial intelligence interviews were realized
  2. Increase the incentive layer in the third month to realize the credit scoring function
  3. Improve various functions and conduct internal testing in the fourth month
  4. Open test in the 5th month
  5. Officially launched in the sixth month

Please describe the deliverables, outputs and intended outcomes of each milestone.

The code is completely open source, and the latest progress will be announced in a timely manner according to the plan.

Please provide a detailed budget breakdown of the proposed work and resources.

1 background developer,

2 mobile terminal developers, 4-5 hours a day part-time work

Who is in the project team and what are their roles?

I am the project background development and project manager.

The other two are mobile terminal development, ios and android, how to choose the specific type needs further discussion

How does the cost of the project represent value for money for the Cardano ecosystem?

Added a channel for recruiting developers to the project team of the Cardano community, and cultivated junior developers who are interested in Cardano
