For two job seekers with the same development skills, there is no difference between hiring a or b for the company. If the company wants a job seeker who can manage and develop, then the company can search through the search box (must have management experience ). The project will implement a scoring mechanism to rate each job seeker and company. The initial scoring comes from the following aspects:
- Job seekers can study and assess on my web3.0 learning website, and issue certificates after passing the assessment (certificate scoring for job seekers)
- Automated technical interviews (technical ability scoring) using artificial intelligence technology
- Job seekers' past positions (for example, the positions of the two companies most recently are mid-level Plutus developers, then there will be a fixed position score)
- Start-up companies can hire some junior developers who are inexperienced but willing to learn, and mid-level and senior developers from other companies can help start-up companies with project module architecture design on a part-time basis, and the code is written by junior developer
The idea of the recruitment application is to allow every job seeker to quickly find a suitable job, instead of asking job seekers to submit resumes for 5 hours a day and find a job a month later. Therefore, the recruitment application implements a simple recommendation engine: recommend junior developers to start-ups, and recommend middle and senior developers to similar companies.
