Solution

We aim to reduce communication friction by connecting all projects and channels—SMS, email, Discord, telegram, etc. into one efficient system. Personalized notifications, delivered the way you want.

Problem

Important info is often missed due to diverse channels. Time-sensitive notifications need proper channels. Automated, personalized alerts can solve this, ensuring timely and relevant communication.

Please describe your proposed solution

The ecosystem is evolving rapidly, like a living work of art. As your involvement deepens, the number of tools you use multiplies—whether it's for DeFi, NFTs, governance, tracking, security alerts, data feeds, pool health, and more.

One major challenge is the overwhelming need for numerous communication channels to gather all the time-sensitive information. Currently, we rely on a combination of tools:

  • Email (newsletters, updates, community notes)
  • Telegram (chat, news, discussions)
  • X (a centralized hub for multiple tools)
  • Discord (excellent for tooling and collaboration)
  • Websites (direct updates)

So why not build the most compatible tool to minimize friction between all parties? Imagine a system where you can effortlessly choose how, where and when to receive the information you need, with a simple partner integration.

For example:

  • Alice wants security-related wallet tracking notifications on her phone. She selects SMS from a trusted partner where she’s already receiving data.
  • For governance discussions and votes, she prefers Discord, where she can interact and engage.
  • For less frequent updates, like monthly development reports, email is her choice for easy tracking.

This is just the beginning. A tool that aggregates all communication channels and personalizes notifications to each user's preferences would transform the way we interact with our thriving ecosystem, making it more efficient and tailored to individual needs.

Please define the positive impact your project will have on the wider Cardano community

To understand the positive impact of this project, we need to recognize how it improves every aspect of communication. How often have you missed critical decisions, important votes, investment opportunities, or even discussions where your input could have made a difference?

Another perspective is that while each project could create its own tool for their community, most would prefer to focus on their core expertise rather than building communication systems.

By offering a solution that gathers all the information you want to receive, with no strings attached, we create an elegant way to promote every player in the industry. This system enhances the user experience across the entire ecosystem, ensuring no one misses out on key updates, decisions, or conversations based on their personal needs

What is your capability to deliver your project with high levels of trust and accountability? How do you intend to validate if your approach is feasible?

Our team has extensive experience building similar solutions for our web2 communities. We're a lean team that understands the need for simplicity while delivering maximum effectiveness, even with complex tools.

Much of our work is web2-focused, making it highly scalable and accessible to a broad range of developers beyond niche expertise. However, we also have deep knowledge of the blockchain space. As former (ex)founders of Ada Anvil, a development company on Cardano, we bring both the network and practical experience to this project.

Cardano is our home, and we aim to equip it with scalable, efficient tools. We want new users to see that everything built here is designed for longevity and operational excellence.

*We would like to clarify that we have no affiliation with ADA Anvil, and this Catalyst proposal is entirely independent of ADA Anvil or its team.

What are the key milestones you need to achieve in order to complete your project successfully?

Milestone 1: Milestone outputs

Product Name: A unique and meaningful name will be developed, reflecting the core values and vision of the project, ensuring relevance and ease of recognition in the ecosystem.

Brand Kit: A comprehensive branding guide, including logo design, color schemes, typography, and brand tone, will be created. This will ensure a cohesive and professional visual identity across all platforms and communications.

Low-Fidelity UI/UX Wireframe: Initial wireframes will be developed to outline the app’s core functionality and user flow. These will focus on the layout and key interaction points without detailed design, allowing for feedback and iteration in the early stages.

Acceptance criteria

Product Name: Must be unique, relevant, and available for trademark and domain registration.

Brand Kit: Includes logo, colors, fonts, and guidelines; consistent across all mediums and different formats if needed.

Low-Fidelity UI/UX Wireframe: Covers key screens and functionality, editable for feedback, and approved by the team for usability.

Evidence of milestone completion

The Product Name, Brand Kit, and Low-Fidelity UI/UX Wireframe will be made accessible via a Figma link or an equivalent design-sharing platform.

Milestone 2: Milestone outputs

High-Fidelity UI/UX Design: A polished and detailed user interface design that closely resembles the final product, including visual assets and some interactions.

Base Components Development: Initial development of key reusable UI components that will form the foundation of the app’s interface.

Acceptance criteria

High-Fidelity UI/UX Design: The design must be pixel-perfect, reflecting the final look and feel of the product, with one desktop format and one mobile format provided.

Base Components Development: The key UI components must be functional, reusable, and aligned with the app’s design guidelines.

Evidence of milestone completion

Design Files: Access to the high-fidelity UI/UX design through Figma or an equivalent platform.

Video Demonstration: A video demonstrating the developed base components and their functionality.

Milestone 3: Milestone outputs

Final Product Deployment: The app will be fully developed, tested, and deployed in a live environment for users.

Acceptance criteria

Final Product Deployment: The app must be fully functional, accessible to users, and operating without critical issues in the live environment.

Evidence of milestone completion

Live Product URL: A link to the deployed app in a live production environment.

Video Demonstration: A video walkthrough of the final product demonstrating key features and functionality.

Milestone 4: Milestone outputs

Product Website Development: A fully functional website for the app, including key pages/sections (e.g., Home, Features, About Us, Contact).

Content Development: Clear, engaging copy that explains the app's purpose, features, and value proposition.

Acceptance criteria

Product Website Development: The website must include all required pages and be fully functional.

Content Development: Content must be concise, informative, and error-free, effectively communicating the app's benefits.

Evidence of milestone completion

A live link to the completed product website

Final Milestone: Milestone outputs

Partner Onboarding Guide: A step-by-step guide or tutorial for partners on how to integrate and use the API, including best practices and troubleshooting tips.

API Documentation: Complete and clear documentation outlining the API endpoints, methods, and request/response formats, ensuring partners can easily integrate and use the API.

Acceptance criteria

Partner Onboarding Guide: Must provide clear, actionable steps for integration, with best practices and troubleshooting included.

API Documentation: Must cover all endpoints, methods, and request/response formats in a clear, structured, and easy-to-understand format.

Evidence of milestone completion

The Partner Onboarding Guide and API Documentation will be made available online through a GitHub README or a documentation online platform.

Our project relies on multiple actors for success, including governance bodies, projects, communities, and end users. While the system can operate independently, strong community support is essential for it to become a leading force in our space. We do not depend on third-party software or external licenses but require ongoing collaboration and participation from the broader ecosystem.

How does the cost of the project represent value for money for the Cardano ecosystem?

The cost of this project represents immense value for the Cardano ecosystem, though it cannot be quantified with an exact number. It will significantly enhance the experience for every user, creator, and new community member.

The listed costs are dedicated to building this platform and bringing it to life. Once established, this model will be unique, offering tremendous value not just to Cardano but across other blockchains. Cardano will especially benefit from the innovation this project brings to the industry.

We believe that information is limitless and immensely valuable, but time is the most precious resource we all share and cannot buy. This project aims to give back time to the entire Cardano ecosystem by streamlining communication and access to information.
