In our current markets, is becoming more common to have contractors based per project or per period. With the speed of busines' evolution it could be challenging for some Companies or Recruiters to ensure that the resoruces they are hiring comply with the required skills.
Also, one of the techniques to speed up the hiring process is to search for key words on text documents, and this could leave out potential resources with better skill set but using different wording.
Atala PRISM offers a prime level Blockchain for DID Technology, this has motivated us to build a decentralized CV since we are used to the contractor/remote environment.
The output will be to create, verify or hold VCs(Verifiable Credentials) created with Atala PRISM as base blockchain and used on a daily basis by Employers and Employees to certify and track skills.
The outcome will be to pivot Atala PRISM to mainstream, starting with blockchain projects in order to have users that are aware of blockchain dynamics and be able to improve UX for daily users.

Become the preference tool for Companies to verify and issue VCs keeping the required privacy of HR data without handling it to 3rd parties.
Being able to search for desirable skills or certifications that are published.
Employees would be able to publish DIDs to allow recruiters to find them or they can keep them private with unpublished options.
With these points the solution should be able to cover the next challenges: Marketplace, Social Media and many others.
By 'Many others' its meant to be a decentralized resumé.
What are the main risks that could prevent you from delivering the project successfully and please explain how you will mitigate each risk?
Each profession has an Authority to issue credentials, and there are some professions more strict than others to deliver credentials. This is a real challenge with sectors as Health or Law, where each country has it's own standards.
In order to promote addoption, the fair play will be to target markets of IT and Office resources. Starting with blockchain Business/Projects where users will be more familiar with seed phrases and crypto wallets.
