Create a new compensation plan that reaches out to more participants. Having more people collaborate on an idea and be rewarded accordingly.
Currently only idea creators (Proposers) and some Referrers are being rewarded. We need to expand compensation to more participants.

Solicit the youngest and brightest from around the globe to contribute to the network. Raising awareness with student organizations.
