We want to build a new front end on react tailwind nextjs.

This new front end will be onboard with the best crypto products on the market. This new front end will enable among other things:

• Enable all community members equally to use Xerberus (even those who have no desktop PC at home)
• Login with mobile wallets such as VESPER
• Make it easier for all community members to use and understand our risk metrics
• Set alerts for specific tokens and risk events from mobile and desktop

This solution is important for Cardano because it enables broader adoption of risk management and extends to all Cardano community members, creating a more inclusive community.

Xerberus is being built to protect the community. Only serving community members with desktop PCs is a grave shortcoming because it excludes especially those holders with smaller investment amounts who are at higher risk of losing a substantial amount of their savings. Adding full mobile support, making it easier to understand, and allowing real-time alerts will empower a more inclusive community.

What is your capability to deliver your project with high levels of trust and accountability? How do you intend to validate if your approach is feasible?

Xerberus, as a core product, is already built and loved.

We calculate 87.500 ADA for a rate of 0.4* cents = 35k USD

35K USD / 6 = 5.8k USD Gross Monthly Salary for our New Recruit

*We always use a safety margin when calculating ADA for salaries. We know that a bull run is coming, but we cannot take risks when it's about salaries for team members who need to pay their bills. In case a major bull run is coming in the next six months, we will invest the money into the product and make it better.

The money invested in Xerberus directly improves the user experiences within the ecosystem. The salary we are requesting is for a senior front-end developer and is in the expected salary range for such a position in our region.
