Detailed Plan

Rational

We have two proposals to build tools to upgrade a traditional community risk sharing organization called Iddirs in Ethiopia and a project for lobbying lawmakers and authorities to legislate and a blockchain enabling legal framework.

The Cardano localization project for Ethiopia will be a complementary proposal for the success of this two and future Cardano based projects in Ethiopia.

Decentralized Autonomous Iddir https://cardano.ideascale.com/a/dtd/Decentralized-Autonomous-Iddir/381135-48088

Lobby Cardano Ethiopia https://cardano.ideascale.com/a/dtd/Lobby-Cardano-Ethiopia/381157-48088

Goal

The funds under this proposal will be used to setup a Cardano localisation hub in one of the universities in collaboration with the faculties of computer science, language and law.

Road map and tasks

Setup organizational structure with responsibilities 1-4 months

Production of localized material 4-8 months

demonstration and testing 8-12 months

maintenance 12+ months

Estimated Budget

Administrative overhead US$2000

Production of initialmaterial, demonstration computers and mobile phones US$10000
