3. Future development of this local team as a nucleus is ensured.

Smart contracts execute rights as code. For example: Value added tax (VAT) or taxation for loan payment or social security can be directly executed. This is subject to elements of smart contract, that is set up by the verifier and needs to meet this conformity.
