Problem statement
Small towns all over the world are falling apart, suffering an irreversible fate of economic decay, with very few prospects for turning this around. Most of these towns were once thriving communities - now everything seems broken - especially in 3rd world countries. And yet there is so much potential, lying idle in every small town, that is neglected.
Solution
Our ONE SMALL TOWN plan, detailed in our website <u>https://www.ubuntucontributionism.org/one-small-town</u>, turns small towns into thriving places of abundance and prosperity for all its residents - by identifying all the agricultural and industrial opportunities, combining them with the many incredible people skills, creating a united labour force, and presenting a list of very attractive investment opportunities for conscious investors who want to partner with an entire community. Creating unprecedented long-term secure investments and a beautiful future for all involved.
Goals
One Small Town free energy city council will be able to operate stake pools, to offer blockchain products from Cardano ecosystem to the town peoples, thus increasing Cardano audience and wallet creation.
In this challenge the funds will be used for the installation cost of a New Revolutionary Technology and the Stake Pool of our first signed town.
HOW DOES IT WORK ?
One Small Town (OST) has reached out to the Cardano Foundation as we believe Cardano's energy efficient peer reviewed platform and applications are philosophically aligned with OST to bring sustainability, economic freedom and unbridled creativity to OST communities worldwide.
OST's robust business model requires a resilient platform that can handle rapid scalability, dynamic data transactions and proven redundancy and reliability.
OST's regenerative economic system's competitive advantage is secured by our NRT : free green energy, clean water production and technology that removes toxic waste of legacy extraction operations.
Userbase
Each new One Small Town city council following our implementation plan will become a SPO. We expect to have about 20 councils in 12 months and possible 100 or more in 24 months.
Roadmap and costs
Q1 2022 : Installation of the NRT and stake pool in our first signed town in Lebanon.

Q2 2022 : Stake pool up and running, maintenance by the city council and volunteers townspeople.
Q2 2022 : Analyze of the reception by townspeople, optimizing & scaling phase.
Q4 2022 : Marketing worldwide.
Q1 2023 : Seamless expansion of Contributionism.
