Corona will stay for a while and every country is trying hard to come out of the lockdown. Vaccinations is the key to be back to normal life, but each country is issuing vaccination certificates in local language ranging from an APP to piece of paper. Also, the validity of such certificates is not given so, e.g. China is planning to re-vaccinate all foreigners entering the country with the China vaccine. Once the countries start opening up, chaos is pre-programmed. In Germany is it possible to buy fake Corona Immunity Pass - https://www.tagesschau.de/investigativ/report-mainz/anzeige-gefaelschte-impfpaesse-101.html   It will a great service to humanity if we develop a system where every government can verify a Vaccine Certificate on the platform. The idea not to make the whole world move its certificate issue on Cardano, but to use Metadata to verify that the certificate is not a fake. In this way no country has to change their own system, but using Cardano it can be verified that the certificate is a valid one and there is no need to re-vaccinate tourists or send them in quarantine. The solution will have three main components:

• Technical System including front end
• Effort to get the first Countries on board, maybe in Africa. I think Charles would need to be active for this part.
• Marketing for rest of World As a technical specification needs to be defined yet, It is tough for me to estimate the fund required but we need to start with a Proof of Concept.
