A unified DAO creation and contract bidding platform!
Users can easily create a DAO and distribute governance tokens using the DAOForge web interface.
Owners of the DAO's Token can then submit either proposal, contracts, or Employment Agreements

- Payment per week – this can either be in the form of any token on the Cardano network
- Reports To – member that this employee will be reporting to
- Payment structure- upfront for the week, end of the week, 50-50

Once a proposal, employment agreement or contract has been submitted the holders of the DAO's governance tokens will have to vote on it if there are more in favour than against a proposal will pass while contracts and Employment agreements will be submitted to the Forge Market place where users (owners of the DAO token or not) can apply for the contract or employment agreement.
If a DAO governance token holder likes the fundamental idea of the proposal but don't agree with some aspect they can submit an in favour vote with amendment other users can vote on this amendment the version with the most votes is the one that will be put into action.
DAOForge itself as an entity will be governed in the same manner as other DAO's built with DAOForge with DAOForges's governance token known simply as MetaForge (yes I know not the most creative name!). Owners of MetaForge will get a cut of the fee for all actions users to make on DAOForge such as creating a DAO, submitting proposals, submitting contracts, submitting employment agreements, voting on contracts, proposals, employment agreements etc.
Disclosure: DAOForge is already very similar to ideas that exist on Ethereum such as colony.io and aragon.io however where DAOForge hopes to stand out is in its integration with a marketplace for contracts and employment agreements.
