Detailed Plan
The idea of the proposal came out from the discussions in Cardano 4 Climate Initiative regarding initiatives of some of the SPOs which are contributing to solving the environmental issues.
Some SPOs are allocating their rewards for planting trees to support initiatives to achieve climate neutral Cardano (https://www.climateneutralcardano.org). However, closer relationships and collaboration is needed between the SPOs and those NGOs active in the field for handling Climate Action.
In that way SPOs are more like to take the attention of the community to show how blockchain can serve the benefit of the environment. This can help to change the perception about the blockchain more specifically Cardano that resulting in an increasing amount of staking through NGOs.
Besides, supporting NGOs in their effort as part of the climate action can help to decrease the ecological footprint of the Cardano. Particular focus will be on supporting NGOs who produce activities related to the UN's SDG11 (SUSTAINABLE CITIES AND COMMUNITIES Goal), SDG12 (RESPONSIBLE CONSUMPTION AND PRODUCTION Goal), SDG13 (CLIMATE ACTION Goal), and SDG15 (LIFE ON LAND Goal) by the UN.
Enhancing NGOs working on the climate change issue and SPOs is the main interest of this proposal.

We estimate 5 hours per week/20 per month and at a rate of $50 per hour
$20 * 9 months * 1 person * 50= 9000
