[IMPACT] Please describe your proposed solution.

With a well-connected FluxusNetwork as a long-standing partner of several companies, most within Cardano's ecosystem as auditing, we can increase the longevity of new token projects through mathematically certified projects healthy and crisis resistant tokenomics to ensure a longevity baseline for all new projects even outside our specialised gaming sphere. Our founders found themselves in the 2021 Cardano space and decided to focus on infrastructure, recognising that many projects that are funded simply lack the support system to ensure success.

We feel compelled to fill this gap in many different areas to cover as much as possible and use this bear market to create a more secure structure for more and more projects to succeed in our Cardano ecosystem.

We are all aware that just using maths is not enough, so we want to create a collaborative platform from this proposal to advise projects and provide investors with a certificate they can trust, and that is what Machinations & FluxusNetwork will do for the whole system.

[IMPACT] How does your proposed solution address the challenge and what benefits will this bring to the Cardano ecosystem?

The impact is undeniably immense if the ecosystem ensures further certified verification and additional infrastructure to convince investors to invest in Cardano-based projects and operations.

To quantify the success of the proposal, it needs to be secured, we go through training and approach projects seeking funding to improve their chances. Especially when you mentally link this proposal with the other collaborations Fluxus is seeking, it becomes clear that a huge improvement in the Cardano infrastructure on the investment side is coming.

[IMPACT] How do you intend to measure the success of your project?

We can measure the fulfilment of this proposal by two different factors.

Firstly, how successful is the speed at which the FluxusNetwork goes through the training, and secondly, how much interest there is when our ecosystem becomes aware of the new capabilities for their projects. Both are part of the transparent monthly report, and we would like to have a presentation on the new audit capabilities at a Catalyst Town Hall when we have completed our training and can pass on the benefits to our ecosystem.

[CAPABILITY/ FEASIBILITY] What is your capability to deliver your project with high levels of trust and accountability?

The founder not only has a business background, but has worked as a game director on several business games, specialising in balancing parameters.

[CAPABILITY/ FEASIBILITY] What are the main goals for the project and how will you validate if your approach is feasible?

The scale of the impact of the project is expected to be large, but at this point we want to focus on the feasible part for our company. There is no doubt that we have the skills to go through the abstract and mathematically heavy training to make improvements for the entire Cardano ecosystem.

[CAPABILITY/ FEASIBILITY] Please provide a detailed breakdown of your project’s milestones and each of the main tasks or activities to reach the milestone plus the expected timeline for the delivery.

Immediately after receiving the first funds, we will start our training and 100% of the requested funds will go towards paying for the training and not a single euro will be requested from the founders of FluxusNetwork as we believe in putting in our efforts to earn the trust of the ecosystem time and again.

[CAPABILITY/ FEASIBILITY] Please describe the deliverables, outputs and intended outcomes of each milestone.

The nature of the proposal requires monthly reports, but the only milestone is the successful completion of the training so that we can also start supporting our network.

[RESOURCES & VALUE FOR MONEY] Please provide a detailed budget breakdown of the proposed work and resources.

As mentioned earlier, 100% of the money goes towards paying Machinations to train our staff, so fixed costs of 160,000 ADA are included with a price equivalent of €40,000.

[RESOURCES & VALUE FOR MONEY] Who is in the project team and what are their roles?

Alexander Cimpeanu is one of the founders of FluxusNetwork and the resident Game Director with a specialisation in economics, tokenomics and balancing. He will participate in the training for the ecosystem.

Conward Swift is the other founder of FluxusNetwork and with his business background and as CEO of Cryptoloops, he is well equipped to join Alexander with the training.

[RESOURCES & VALUE FOR MONEY] How does the cost of the project represent value for money for the Cardano ecosystem?

We have heard of several projects that fail because they lack the proof that they are running a proper project, and considering that not everyone has the great connections to invest, they deserve to have the support of the ecosystem in addition to funding to help them succeed.

This is why, with our proposals to fund 10, we are offering to revolutionise the ecosystem as much as we can so that others who come after us can follow a better path.

For the last four years, we have participated in votes and participated rather quietly. Now that we see where catalysts fail, we want to actively do our part to create more for our partners and the ecosystem.
