在Cardano上开发证券化的池子功能,这样DeFi投资者可以更容易地一起分配到不同的协议。

Problem:

DeFi协议的寒武纪爆炸,没有简单的方法将不同的链上贷款集中起来,以分散协议风险。

Detailed Plan

Securitization will allow pooling of on-chain loans to reduce risk by risk transfer and shifting, while creating novel financial instruments in the process.

Risk transfer is passing on ("transferring") risk to a third party. On the other hand, risk shifting involves changing ("shifting") the distribution of risky outcomes rather than passing on the risk to a third party.

Securitization is the financial practice of pooling various types of contractual debt such as residential mortgages, commercial mortgages, auto loans or credit card debt obligations (or other non-debt assets which generate receivables) and selling their related cash flows to third party investors as securities, which may be described as bonds, pass-through securities, or collateralized debt obligations (CDOs). Investors are repaid from the principal and interest cash flows collected from the underlying debt and redistributed through the capital structure of the new financing. Securities backed by mortgage receivables are called mortgage-backed securities (MBS), while those backed by other types of receivables are asset-backed securities (ABS). See <https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Securitization>

<u>Market:</u>

Pilot implementation: Pool together Two lending DeFi protocols, e.g. AAVE and Compound loans

<u>Product:</u>

Build a modelling and structuring tool for pooling AAVE and Compound loans via smart contracts. The user / investor can specify the assets, allocation, duration and the smart contract will take care of everything. Working out this problem will provide the building blocks for a universal pooling protocol that is the first step to a structured finance solution for securitizing DeFi.

<u>Budget:</u>

50k, Developer costs 625 hours x 80/hr

<u>Road Map:</u>

<u>Code Development</u> <u>Business Development</u>

Month 1 Identify promissing Lending Protocols Hypothetical Pooling use cases

Month 2 Specifications for Interoperability Apply for grants from lending protocols

Month 3 Code Development for MVP Start community outreach / development

Month 4 Specify Testnet development steps Summarize actual use cases

<u>Success Measures:</u>

1. Working Plutus / Marlowe smart contract that pools two different protocols on testnet

2. Specifications for a concrete use case with prospective TVL or other concrete metric of success.
