Detailed Plan

One of the founders of dcSpark (Nicolas Arqueros) has started multiple countries in Latin America where he is born. He speaks Spanish natively and has many connections in the developer community in the region. We intend to leverage these connections on top of the blockchain domain expertise at dcSpark & Milkomeda to host a virtual hackathon for the region.

The funds will be used for the prize pool for the hackathon and Milkomeda will cover the other costs associated with holding the event (we will only use at most 5K from the budget for event-related expenses)

If funded, the event will take place in the first half of 2022

Milkomeda is a protocol to give EVM capability to Cardano through a sidechain with ADA as the base asset.
