1. Our vision

<u>a. Problem</u>

In the real world, people use identity credentials in interactions with services to achieve specific goals. We believe "credential" thinking has affected SSI product design and constrains mass adoption by not allowing services to discover the available credentials, define their own credentials and sew them into goal-oriented interactions for their users.

The same goes for the mobile wallet approach, where users struggle to realise sustained value from a credential if they don't know which services they may use it with, for what goal and how the interaction with that service can be initiated.

<u>b. Solution</u>

Our open SaaS platform makes it easy for people and businesses to launch credential-based interactions in goal-oriented workflows. This ease-of-use will also drive mass adoption by adding interoperability between Atala PRISM and other Indy-based, and W3C verifiable credentials networks by linking different wallets/identities in one mobile application.

<u>c. Big Picture</u>

We want to unlock the possibility for the Cardano community to easily (1 day) start using and experimenting with Atala PRISM verifiable credentials in their projects. This would enable them to start building and tuning their business processes, test their key assumptions in pilots and then scale-up. To do this we would like to:

• implement registration of Atala PRISM DID for a service-agent via the ZAKA Dashboard
• support the issuing and verification of Atala PRISM credentials
• power this with schema/credential definition editors and an interactions constructor

The interactions will be available for the users under a service page in ZAKA mobile application, where Atala PRISM credentials can be held.

As a first step, service-agent's Atala PRISM schemas/credential definitions will be stored on service-agent local registry and synced with the other service-agent local registers through synchronisation point via REST API. When the storing of PRISM schemas/credential definitions will be implemented in Cardano blockchain we will switch to it.

An API to link ZAKA interactions with 3rd party software will also be opened for the community.

In future funds we would like to integrate ADA transactions and Cardano dApps into the platform and mobile application.

2. How we will get there

<u>a. Stage 1 (Fund 7): No-Code SSI SaaS for mass adoption powered with Atala PRISM verifiable credentials.</u>

What this will bring Cardano community: Unlock the possibility for the community to easily use and experiment with Atala PRISM verifiable credentials in their projects so that they can start building and tuning their business processes ASAP.

<u>b. Next Stages(Fund 8, Fund 9): Smart contract and ADA payments extension</u>

What this will bring Cardano community:

• Integration of payments so that operators can set up a payment wall or transaction as part of the business workflow.
• Integration of smart contracts so that operators of a service-agent dashboard will be able to set up business logic of user interaction with smart contracts based on owning of PRISM verifiable credentials. E.g. a governance smart-contract for trust registry via setting the conditions for accepting credentials from issuers, which own some asset token, or listed via smart-contract in some other way.

3. Stage 1 Project Plan

<u>a. Tasks</u>

• Integration of Atala PRISM SDK into ZAKA SaaS Platform (15% of budget)
• Functionality of creating a service-agent with Atala PRISM DID (Web dashboard, backend, mobile representation) (15% of budget)
• Functionality of issuing Atala PRISM credentials through ZAKA Platform (20% of budget)
• Schema/credential definition editors
• Interaction constructor
• Integrate Atala PRISM SDK into Flutter application (10% of budget)
• Functionality of holding, presenting and verification of Atala PRISM credentials through direct interactions between mobile application and service-agent, (30% of budget)
• Testing and Fixing (10% of budget)

<u>b. Deliverables</u>

• Fully functional no-code SaaS SSI platform including mobile app (Android / iOS) with free access for the Cardano community pilot projects.
• Open API for integration with 3rd party systems and use Atala PRISM-based credentials in daily workflows, such as OAuth and 2FA authorization, KYC compliance, user onboarding, etc.

<u>c. Milestones</u>

1-month

• Platform functionality overview and Open API for integration with 3rd business systems
• Detailed technical description of integration points.

3-months

• Provide a working prototype with support of Atala PRISM credentials.

6-months

• Run the pilots with one or several cases, e.g. from Catalyst proposals.

<u>d. Key Performance Indicators</u>

• A platform overview document is available

• Open API documentation is available

• A video demonstration of the working prototype is made available to the community and a webinar is offered to allow the community to see it live, feedback and Q&A.

• One or more named collaborators from the community are building or running experiments for their proposals using the platform. Demo's of these prototypes would be available subject to the agreement of the named collaborators.

<u>e. Opportunities for the community to be a part of this proposal</u>

• Experimentation with the platform and Atala PRISM credentials
• Piloting of real business cases with real users, real credentials and real impact
• Scale up successful concepts

5. Budget

Budget of $30,000. Allocated as follows (see "3. a. Tasks" above for more detail).

• Integration of Atala PRISM SDK (15% of budget = $4,500)
• Creating a service-agent with Atala PRISM DID (15% of budget = $4,500)
• Issuing Atala PRISM credentials through ZAKA Platform (20% of budget = $6,000)
• Integrate Atala PRISM SDK into flutter app (10% of budget = $3,000)
• Holding, presenting and verification of Atala PRISM creds (30% of budget = $9,000)
• Testing and Fixing (10% of budget = $3,000)

6. Go-to-market

We hope to enable the Cardano community to quickly experiment, test, pilot and scale-up their concepts. Using this solution will save projects time and money by enabling them to experiment and adjust their business models fast and get-to-market faster. In doing so, it will increase adoption of Atala PRISM and increase the volume of valuable credentials in circulation.

Our go-to-market for Atala PRISM credentials centres on building partnerships with teams who have submitted proposals in the past and present and who may benefit from our platform.
