We are advancing on the collections of exercices, the website design, the tokenomics. Our smart contract developper is overloaded with work though, so we might need to find another one. Actions in this sense will be taken very soon, so that we can hopefully keep our target launch date.

We plan to delay a little the bit the launch of the dapp part, as the smart contract developper we were planning to work with is too busy right now. We are exploring the possibility to integrate a simpler smart contract made with Marlowe, which could be a good way to showcase this new language, and would be more in scope with this proposal.

Currently we are working hard on an nft collection based on meditation techniques, that will be accompanied by pedagogy on social networks to develop mindfulness in the Cardano community. NFTs will enable the recording and sharing of this meditations on the blockchain, while driving attention on the practice.

We are working on delivering meditation experiences in a way that is attractive for the community, so we chose to delay the launch in order to deliver the best version we can achieve.

This month we have been working on an important part of meditative practice which is compassion and unconditional love. The file attached is a snapshot of a one of a kind nft that will be used as a pedagogical support to develop this practice in the community. We are taking the necessary time to prepare all the content, and the project is still developping well.

With this bear market condition, we can feel more tensions in the community, which makes the practice of meditation even more necessary. We have worked a lot this past weeks on the design of the project, on how to avoid the traps and pitfalls we witnessed in the space, in order to have a long lasting presence and impact.

This month we have continued to develop NFT collections, initiated English translations with new partners, and formalized our rebranding. We also did a lot of research on the directions that will take the project afterwards, as we know it is essential in the crypto space to have a long term view. We can say now that we have enough perspectives to develop in the years to come. Most importantly some of these development can be done by our little team, and others can benefit from more participants. This way we are assured that we will be able to continue to bring value to the project and Cardano in the long term, whatever the circumstances are. This month also marks a major development. Website migration from qinesis.fr to www.dyana.org. The url is now operative with a new welcome page. Development of the website homepages and of the exercise pages (design and functionalities) Development and communication on the Nation network vision : Dyana aims to develop a meditation based network that welcomes other projects sharing the same values in order to foster cooperation in the well being, care and ecology space. This will provide long term possibilities to Dyana in order to integrate the most powerful perspectives offered by blockchains. Partnership with Adawell Community is Growing on discord and twitter. We thought deeply about how to propose to the community an exciting vision, and how to give long term value to the nfts that will serve as meditation supports. We finally aknowledge that one of the most exciting part of blockchain is related to the concept of network nation, and that it is a matter of importance to see a variety of experiments flourish in this domain. We think also that a nation based on meditation is a fascinating endeavour, that it could include a creative approach of a DAO, and that it would serve for the development of a blockchain community that introduces more mindfulness in the world. This rebranding and new concept feels passionating to us, and we hope for many people from the cardano community and beyond. The Qinesis mindfulness dapp is now to be considered as a part of this wider view, which brings a unique endeavor to Cardano. One aspect that was at the center of our reflections was that there are a lot of mindfulness dapp out there, and even with a new type of monetization, the competition will probably be fierce. On the other hand, many concepts and usages are specific to the blockchain space. We want to create a space dedicated to non violence, greater good, where all the actors of Cardano and beyond could meet, imagine their ideal society, create it with the tools of art, spirituality , well being and technology , and be a part of a community that puts happiness as a priority.

Note :

This month was heavily focused on the generation of the meditation nfts, both on the design/art side, the text and and the code. We are giving a lot of attention to this process in order to deliver the best quality to the community. We have now more than 80 meditation fundamentals in the collection that can be used in several ways to support the practice. The mint event is getting closer : we are aiming to be able to do it in approximately a month. This will be the opportunity to grow further the community and put much more attention on the meditation practice.

This month actions on Qinesis/Dyana :

• advancements and refinements on the first nft collection
• conception of co-creation mechanics for the community, to be implemented later in the site.
• an important meeting with a major DEFI actor. First design of a future product in cooperation between our two projects.
• simplification of the metadata generation process
• Writings and design for the Dyana website
• conception of the nft tokenomics in order to strengthen the project during the bear market

The question we have to face, as the launch of Dyana is getting closer, is how to deal with this highly difficult macro conditions. We are learning to adapt to this volatility, and adding mechanisms to do so.
