Having in mind that three Latin American nations appear at the top ten of the latest report from the cryptocurrency analysis company Chainalysis, related to the global adoption of these assets in 2021 it make A LOT OF SENSE to start creating the Latinoamerican Cardano Community with the consistency and with the importance that it deserves.
We need to overcome the language barrier and make Cardano accessible, understandable and 'close' to the billions of humans around the world whose native language is not English.
This proposal will set a Strategy that can be used globally but we will focus on deploying the strategy on the second language with more native speakers in the world: Spanish.
We want to make Cardano to be well known in all its dimensions, possibilities and opportunities for hundreds of millions of Spanish speakers in more than 20 Countries, that right now don't have enough -if any-, information available to get to know about Cardano in depth and to connect with the project, because most of Cardano content is in English creating a language barrier we aim to help dissolved with this proposal.
Cardano could be the most known blockchain and cryptocurrency in the Spanish Speaking countries by just focusing part of their resources to really Start the conversation with the Spanish speaking audience.
Trying to "cold-translate" the available content that exists in English to make it available in other languages is not going to make a great favor to the challenge of making Cardano grow both in adoption and community creation.
That's why this proposal focus specifically on one language: Spanish.
The Spanish speaking world includes not only the 20 Countries of LatinAmerica, and Spain, but also more that 50 million people living in USA.
This language community is so vast that starting a sustained and reliable conversation with that audience will open many layered doors to the growth of Cardano.
What Is SEMANA CARDANO
Semana Cardano is a content production and marketing strategy that will create, translate, re purpose, adapt and distribute weekly content about Cardano at the same time that deploying the needed actions to start creating, growing and integrating a massive Spanish speaking audience.
It is going to live around a weekly program: SEMANA CARDANO that will be the center from where we are goin to share videos, e-books, lives and design pieces as infographics, post, etc,
During the weekly videos and lives we might even give FREE ADA! through little challenges of participation and engagement.
The content will be covering 4 axes*
1. Cardano for Developers and Project Creatives> the opportunities, the manuals to start coding a creating, all the needed material to tease, educate and help developers and creatives start creating on Cardano.
2. Cardano as the most scientific approached blockchain and the solution of many of the problems that are inherent to bitcoin and other projects> the technology, the phylosophy, the community and all the amazing features that makes Cardano the most exciting and promising blockchain project in existance.
3. Cardano as the amazing investment it has been and is for every ADA holder> the results of the last years, the amazing performance in the present days and the super future that expects to every ADA holder for the next years to come.
4. Cardano as the best environment to deploy De-FI projects and Dapps> we will educate deeply on De-Fi and how the future of finances has already start and helps millions of people get better results on their investments & financial products. (There is NONE project explaining this to the Latin American region and we will be the first ones!)
* the axes and subjects of the content can change and will, according to community feedback.
-We are going to work with the ambassadors and translators, and if budget allows it get our own team of translators to constantly keep a list of the most relevant content about Cardano deployed in English to make it available for the Spanish speaking audience.
-We are going to create an ever growing mailing list where the audience that our content will reach will be nurtured constantly and directed every week to SEMANA CARDANO content and news.
-We are going to make content to create Interest in developers to start working on Cardano and linking them to translated resources for people who might want to learn how to code smart contracts with Plutus or Marlowe for example.
-We are going to create content about ADA and the amazing technology that makes it so much better that the only 2 biggest Cryptos out there.
-We are going to create content about ADA as the amazing investment is its and has been in since creation.
-We are going to create content about Project Catalyst and also translate all that is needed for the Spanish Speaking people understands the amazing opportunity the Catalyst represents and even presenting SEMANA CARDANO as a success story on getting a project funded.
-We are going to listen to the community and address topics that matter to the Spanish Community.
-We are going to totally disrupt the way Cardano has been communicating with new markets and make a system that will create an ever growing audience.
and the most cool thing is that we are going to present during the 6 month a blueprint of actions and strategies so they can be applied in other languages too, incentivizing the creation of other versions of SEMANA CARDANO in different languages.
SEMANA CARDANO will position Cardano as the first Blockchain and Crypto project to address the Spanish Speaking Community with this level of strategy and commitment.
This will create a new entrance door to Cardano for hundreds of million of people speaking Spanish worldwide.
We will also 'evangelize' to people that are not even familiar with the crypto community and project or even don't know much about De-Fi and crypto investment, making it easy for them to start understanding the amazing future that expects to every ADA holder and Community in the next years.
BOTTOM LINE
-We are going to address the Spanish Speaking Community as any crypto project has ever done before.
-While doing it we will create a template that will allowed other proposers to replicate the strategy in their own language niche.

Having and active and solid community around the content of SEMANA CARDANO.
Having a mailing list of more than 10000 active members.
Having a "Bible" of linked content about Cardano in Spanish.
Being ready after six month to deploy phase 2 of this strategy and keep solidifying the Cardano presence, understanding, adoption and participation with the Spanish Speaking Community.

Having been working on the TV and publicity sector for so many years, I know that this types of campaigns are better address in a more 'guerrilla style' rather of trying to set a small fixed team.
Also, being spoken in so many countries Spanish give us the opportunity to start working with local people of different places in order to create and deliver content and interact.
We are asking for this first phase of the projects between 21 000 and 27 000 + ADA to give as rewards and prices.
The difference between the smaller budget and the bigger one is to have an inside team of translators translating content all the time than then will be linked via SEMANA CARDANO.
