Detailed Plan
As a business school student, we are not getting exposed to any knowledge about blockchain and specifically Cardano. I believe that blockchain will be an important part of the future, and it is important to bring business students to learn about it and become active in this ecosystem. These young students are very concerned about sustainability and impact. This is why I believe Cardano is the best blockchain to promote and engage with students, as the mission of Cardano goes, Cardano wants to make this world better for all.
Objective of the proposal:
To create a model to my school that can be duplicated to other business schools that will provide knowledge about Cardano and Catalyst and encourage students to be part of the Catalyst community and make proposals and projects in the common funds.
Introduction to Grenoble school of management : This schools is one of the best French business schools with around 7000 students
There will be a few steps in order to achieve this goal. (roadmap)
Step 1: Get well-informed and create a 1 course in French about Catalyst destined to the university students in business schools. (0 - 4 weeks)
Step 2: Make some advertising within the school, to teachers, students and associations in order to have audience in our course (on going)
Step 3: Make an event to present the catalyst program in an auditorium inside Grenoble Ecole de Management
Step 4: Make 1 online course a month for three months about blockchain Cardano and Catalyst
Step 5: Weekly meetups for questions in a bar (at least monthly) or online
The final goal is that the students will get knowledgeable about Cardano and Catalyst, write proposals and get funded.
Team :
Benji and Viktor are two International students of the school and are part of the student community. We are passionate about blockchain in general and Cardano and Catalyst in particular.
It is important to grow a community hub focusing on the business universities because they represent the future of business and can bring a lot of value to the community
Budget:
- Preparing the course = $20 x 40 hours = $800
- Marketing and advertising: $250 per month for 4 monthly events = $1000 (some of the money will go to drinks and snack at the meetups)
- Presentation in the auditorium = $30x2 = $60
- Monthly online courses = $60/month for 3 months = $180
- Weekly online or physical meetups preparation including ongoing Q&A and proposal support: 58 hours per week x 2 people = 10 hours per week x $20= $20x12 weeks= $2400

KPI & deliverables :
a 1 hours course in French-
Reach 200 students in Grenoble
Goal 20% are going to make proposals in fund 8 & 9 and become active in the community
Local active hub in Grenoble with weekly meetups
Based on the work and learning of this proposal, we will present in Fund 8 how to:
