Detailed Plan

Attract a team to evolve specifications for this Dapp. and thereafter a team of skilled IT people to develop and operate the Dapp.

Instigated by activists, the Dapp should provide citizens a facility to vote on local, state and global targets that concern them. Voting results would be available to voters, community leaders, media and governments subject to a crypto payment.

Global, state and local leaders would then have ammunition to facilitate change based upon local and remote voter strength. Remote voters could be diaspora and or concerned tourists, activists etc.

The Dapp should be scalable and able to evolve to meet community expectations. Perhaps special voter groups for First Nations people and for Ancestral voter groups.
