[SOLUTION] Please describe your proposed solution.

The Mekong Delta region in the South of Vietnam includes 13 provinces with around 70 Universities and Colleges. According to our study, these provinces have little access to blockchain technology and expertise, which has led to people being misled into believing that all blockchain is a fraud and has no practical application.

The proposed solution is to connect Universities in the Mekong Delta region in Vietnam, including 13 provinces to onboard university students and teachers to Cardano Ecosystem.

• We will host 30 events in 30 Universities and colleges in the MeKong Delta region
• Delivering Blockchain and AI technology basic knowledge to students
• Delivering Cardano knowledge to students.
• Creating Blockchain clubs
• Onboarding students and teachers to Cardano Ecosystem and project Catalyst

We have connection with Universities and Colleges in the Mekong Delta and has already successfully delivered 1 workshop at Can Tho University, which is in the south of Vietnam, this is one of the biggest university in the Mekong delta https://www.ctu.edu.vn/.

The Mekong Delta region in the South of Vietnam includes 13 provinces. According to our study, these provinces have little access to blockchain technology and expertise, which has led to people being misled into believing that all blockchain is a fraud and has no practical application.

With our available resources and connection, we aim to change the students' and teachers' mindsets and give them a chance to join the technology of the future. Therefore, we would like to ask for funds to continue this mission.

Our guest speakers will be CEOs, KOLs, influencers and funded proposers from the Cardano community in Vietnam.

[IMPACT] Please define the positive impact your project will have on the wider Cardano community.

With our plan, we will host the events in 30 universities and colleges, each event will attract around 200 students, which means we will reach at least 6,000 students and more than 200 teachers directly in the workshop.

The workshop information will also be shared within the universities and colleges, which also reach more than 80,000 students and 2000 lecturers in general.

We will also collaborate with the universities and colleges to create Blockchain and Startup clubs to continue supporting them in terms of onboarding their ideas.

We will also connect with entrepreneurs, companies or funded proposers to help them recruit students with any position available or internship chances.

[Project Milestones] What are the key milestones you need to achieve in order to complete your project successfully?

We aim to conduct at least 2 and a maximum of 3 universities in 1 month.

Our proposal will last for 12 months, we will report every 2 months.

The First milestone will include:

• Hosting 2 - 3 workshops within 1 month => 4 - 6 workshops within 2 months in the first 2 months
• Each workshop will have around 200 students.

• Increasing the Cardano ecosystem's development and assisting students in the Mekong Delta region to join it, this initiative will facilitate connections between several specialists, educators, and students.
