NFT Bridge to & from Cardano

XP.Network bridge can open the markets of the NFT ecosystems of all the connected chains to Cardano and vice versa.

dApps will be able to build cross-chain games, Metaverses, marketplaces, defi solutions involving NFTs as collateral or as keys to services or information.

ADA will be used for buying and selling NFTs from other chains, while their native coins will be paid to buy Cardano native NFTs.

XP.Network bridge enables relaying transactions from one chain to another making NFT transfers between blockchain similar to those inside one chain.

[IMPACT] What are the main risks that could prevent you from delivering the project successfully and please explain how you will mitigate each risk?

The major risk is lack of information: NFT related projects may be unaware that such a bridge exists and they can use it 24/7.

We keep participating in Crypto conferences, publishing blogs and media announcements, conducting and taking part in AMAs, publishing on the industry acknowledged platforms and in the communities of the blockchains and NFT projects. We speak directly with the dApps, Marketplaces and games, sometimes together with the blockchain teams of the interested chains to spread the word about the existing opportunities.

## Milestone 1 — Smart Contract Development

We're planning to get a grant to cover the costs of development.

The community will benefit from using the bridge with low rates, including the members with low income and living standards.

The fees are minimal, so to earn and return the grant amount will take us tens or hundreds of years.

[AUDITABILITY] Please describe what you will measure to track your project's progress, and how will you measure these?

We will add functional tests that will cover at least 85% of the on-chain code functionality.

Some code will server the project setting purposes.

[AUDITABILITY] What does success for this project look like?

Successful NFT transfers to Cardano from the other bridged chains and back using the UI/widget and the JavaScript library of the bridge.

This is a brand new proposal not connected to any previous one.

People with low income will have easier access to the tools offered by Cardano and will have higher chances of improving their financial situation due to the low fees of the bridge.
NFTs can lock any assets, including futures for food related commodities, enabling trade in a trustless manner, providing access to the markets previously inaccessible to some users.
The bridge does not cause any damage to human or any other living creatures' health.
Universities & colleges across the globe can sell courses as NFTs and issue diplomas and certificates as NFTs. Accompanied with remote online education it could open the doors to millions of otherwise left behind individuals.
NFT Bridge is gender agnostic and gives equal writes to a person of any gender.
The bridge or its technological implementation do not contaminate water.
The bridge technology uses computationally effective algorithms that contribute to energy saving.
The bridge incentivises cross-chain trade and economic growth of the connected NFT ecosystems.
The bridge implements innovative architectural and algorithmic solutions.
The bridge is user agnostic, therefore people from all social strata can use it with zero discrimination.
